I can have the wheel off in 10 minutes, takes me about 30 to remove the old tire and put the new one on by hand and 10 to re-install if I use my impact. I don't even need to remove my wheel if I actually don't need to. Now that I know what I'm doing I'm just about as fast as you JR. Remove the muffler, the shock, remove the axle nut, and the two bolts holding the right frame extension on to the motor. Pull it off, flip it over, remove the seal, add grease to the bearing, replace the seal and bolt everything back on. An air impact is the only way to do it in a decent amount of time.

My raspberries are finally on good. Have put up 20 half pints of jam so far. Not bad for a row that is only about 15 ft long. Been averaging 4 cups every other day. Tomatoes and peppers up here are just starting to set on.

It was kind of stupid but I enjoyed watching it. Doesn't take much to entertain me.

If you're replacing the rear wheel/frame extension bearing don't forget to removed the 'c clip' after you remove the oil seal. I beat on mine and even heated it up before I realized there was a 'c clip'. I have found out that the rear bearing on a GY6 Tank and similar scoots is a typical 6203 bearing which is available almost anywhere. No need to order one and spend shipping costs. I haven't replaced my front axle bearings yet so I don't know what size they are.

Ordered the new bearing and installed it before I checked at 'work' and found we have a 'sh__pot' full of 6203 bearings here that are used on electrical motors. The one I ordered and received was 'shielded' on one side so I packed it full of grease before I installed it. Does anyone know if a 'sealed' bearing would also work OK?

Who remembers the name of his series in 1979 and what was it about? Only lasted one year but I watched every episode.

I'm glad that soldiers and new vets are getting recognized and thanked; they deserve it. But us Viet Nam vets sure got royally screwed; which included getting on. Sent from my DROIDX using ProBoards

My niece (brother's daughter) makes a point every Veterans Day to send him and I an email thanking us. Some people haven't forgotten us.

Dumb, dumb, dumda$$. Pulled the seal off and found a retainer clip. Bearings come off a lot easier when you remove the 'c' clip.

Thought the new motor/cvt on my Tank was making noise. Turned out it's the axle bearing in the frame extension. I seem to be having trouble getting it out. I've heated the extension up and the bearing still won't beat out. Not getting the frame extension hot enough?

I have bought electrical parts from them in the past with no problems. That's why it was such a shock. I knew he has been liquidating his parts.

I left a message with their customer service dept and followed it up with an email. Main thing is my bank caught it and their fraud section is following it up. The charges were 'out of character ' so it raised a red flag on my account.

I was looking on scootersgeorgia.com website yesterday morning to see if they had anything left. I ordered a Tank muffler for a very cheap price. Then I got an email back saying they were crediting my money back on my card because the muffler had already sold. Fine... However, I get a call from the bank today saying that one charge yesterday afternoon and another today in the amounts of $560 and $282 (plus cents) showed up on my credit card payable to Euro Car Parts. Luckily everything was stopped and a new card was issued. So either their website is compromised or they have some crooks working for them. My suggestion is to stay away.

I use strictly Castrol GTX 10-40 in my Tank. In the heat of the summer I switch over to 20-50. I'm hoping that's why I've gotten so many miles on it.
