I use NCY or Prodigy on a GY6...they probably have them for Kymcos
The only time you will see much difference is if the ramps pulleys are larger...or the angle and ramps are different...

I have been a Castrol 4T guy for 30 years..
I switch to Mobil 1 0W40 full synthetic last year and it is much smoother in the GY6. I won't go back to 4T again...

Don't use synthetic oil until the engine is broken in. Some low end scooters have case leaks (wicking) with synthetic oils, and they can often be stopped by switching to dino oil...
Jury is out on what synthetic oil does to the engine crank seals...

Coke Can gray market engines... but some people have been happy, some have been pizzed-off...there engines were mismarked with the engine CCs
Also if you buy an ENGINE from EBAY MOTORS they are NOT protected by Ebay Buyer protection...
Also they are all DC engines so you will have to swap out your stator and flywheel from an old engine to the new engine if you have a AC CDI...this is a real problem many people experience.
I have no idea about complete scooters, but their track record speaks for itself. Check with EBAY if scooters purchases are protected, I suspect NOT...you would have no way of returning it...

Don't know where you get your information, American Lifan still seems to be in business... .americanlifan.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">.americanlifan.com/Most parts are generic GY6 except perhaps for a taller head which some Lifans have and a weird 2 bolt straight through valve cover...but both are available from aftermarket sources... Plastics body parts may be a problem but it is also a problem for most scooter a few years old...anyway no matter what the brand...

I have owned several Lifans never had a single problem...one had a loose steering bearing when new. Just a matter of adjustment

Cheaper than a bus pass, even including the insurance, and I buy a new one every two years on the money saved...I have never had a problem other than a loose steering bearing and a faulty valve stem.
Buy a decent brand of 2010,11,12 scooter and if you maintain it, and use it within its design limitations, it will serve you well...
Easy riding...

I have seen those ACV kits are you sure they fit a 24mm CV carb? Perhaps they are the same as the carbs on the 50ccs?

That is a great rebuild kit Alley... just wish they included the ACV. I think the hoses are all mixed up on his scooter...
