Several things come to mind but the first one is head bolts were not torqued properly and when it got hot for the first time the head gasket shrank which is the norm and the result was a blown gasket? How did it run the first time you fired it up? Can't think you have a stuck valve or it would have not run at all?

It could just be your Valve Hose Vent squirting out oil all over the place if it is blocked or came off. It will squirt oil all over the place making it hard to determine where it is coming from. So Clean it up Make sure the oil level is correct not LOW AND NOT OVERFILLED. If the hose is attached to the Air Filter pull it off and put a Fuel Filter on the End of it Tie it up high NO KINKS and COVER the hole it came from on the Air Filter. Start the motor and see if maybe it also is just leaking from the Valve cover gasket. Alleyoop

Well is the motor mounted a little higher in the front so that the oil being pumped up to the Cam and Rockers can DRAIN through the Cam Sprocket slot and back into the Crankcase? It could be that the motor is not high enough in front for it to drain fast enough and created a lot of pressure in the valve cover and could not vent fast enough and either blew out the Valve cover Vent hose off and or the Valve cover gasket. So now also check your Air Filter it may be all full of oil in there. But anyway take the Valve cover Vent hose off the Air Filter and put a fuel filter on it and tie it up high and cover the hole on the Air Filter that it was connected to.
Also Check the VALVE COVER VENT NIPPLE make sure it is NOT BLOCKED if that is plugged up it is not venting and it will create a lot of pressure in the crankcase.
But ALSO check how the motor is mounted should be a little higher in front so the oil drains back into the crankcase fast enough. Alleyoop

Ok here is what the problem was that was creating the OIL PRESSURE. The Tranny Vent Hose was Connected to the Valve Cover Vent Hose..LOL So that was creating PRESSURE ON BOTH ENDS(HAHA). Now he will break it in nice and easy the rings should seat within the first 20 miles or so. Alleyoop
