these minirelli 2 strokes never run right for me without the factory air box. bog bog bog. had one where the lid fell off. the filter was still in place but the lack of restriction made it bog out. it needed the 1/2" hole to restrict the air flow.

unplug it, and if your kill switch/key switch doesn't kill the bike, short the pink and black/white wires together and see if it does then

the spinning is the battery dying. it won't turn the starter fast enough to kick out the bendix. replace your battery and try again

just rip the speakers out and replace with pioneer marine/boat 5 1/4" 2 or 3 way speakers. those 5w speakers are pretty useless when it comes to hooking them to a real stereo. Trust me, I know!

possibly. it could be past the inner sealing machined surface on the shaft. you cannot simply RTV it. it is a rotating shaft and must have a lip seal. it is not installed backwards, for the people who keep asking, LOOK AT THE PICTURE. Also, check to see if your valve cover vent line is pinched or clogged. If the valve cover cannot let out crankcase pressure, it will blow oil out of anywhere it can. also, if the crankshaft is "buggered" or scratched up, in ANY way, it won't seal. at all. Also some of those seals have a spring in the middle to keep the tension on the shaft, some don't. see if yours fell out. When you install a seal, lube the crank and the seal itself with vasaline or bearing grease so it doesn't start up dry.

check to see if it has a "cover" over the fan shroud. some JCL's and other bikes come with a fancy chrome trim ring on the fan shroud and limits the air flow by like half. throw that crap away If you look close in the pic, you can see that I run a HOCA 125/150 type 2 chrome fan. I also cut out the "grill" for max air flow and run rich. no problems yet in this texas heat. I am currently stretching aluminum mesh into an convex "bowl" to keep debris and toddler fingers out.

all the LEDs face the ground and texas is very mc friendly. LED lighting is considered "visual safety features". LEO's only attention is checking out the bikes around here.

Wife's scooter was choking out under throttle. Stupid intake tube collapsed like a boss under vacuum. I found a workaround wire coat hanger and some southern engineering fixed it right up! free scooter! My wife love it and it is a vento triton

I run 110 with stock exhaust and pull wheelies. I would start at 115 or maybe max 120

the gasket under the intake under the plastic sucked. I took it off, lapped the plastic spacer flat again (they always have a little warp to them) glued it last night before leaving the shop, now waiting for my associate to get back so I can take it for a test ride and not have to close the shop. intake is great, checked vacuum leaks, unhooked the emission valve junk to see if maybe it had a leaky diaphragm inside. We'll see...

I am chasing a problem...
150cc Mishi Venice same as eagle milano, piece biella etc
2800 miles on it and it popped from the exhaust and would starve for fuel (closing petcock).
I adjusted the valves, the exhaust was tight like usual. set it to .004. it also stumbled when accelerating, so I cleaned the carb, now when I start it, it runs really great, until it warms up. Then it still runs great but backfires from the tailpipe. sounds like a shotgun. Runs like a champ though.
I have checked the cam timing, it's good. I have changed the cdi. I have did a leakdown test on it and it holds perfect at tdc with VERY LITTLE crankcase leak (rings) I can't feel the air it's so small, I can just hear it.
i am stumped. what would make it backfire like this?
