Got this scoot from a customer at a steal, she wanted a sportier model and I like this one. It was kinda banged up so I cleaned her up and tore her down to the frame
more pics to come later. as I make progress on the scoot.
The paint is Krylon Dual satin black all in one primer and paint. It is my personal scooter and yeah it's the one I was repairing the panel on. It is a 2008 Eagle Milano 150
I painted my tail light housing and I got my LED's in the mail for the turn signals and tail brake light, now I just need to wire up my resistor and diodes to make my "high mount" have a dim and bright for tail/stop

THIS will be VERY sharp! The Professor e-mailed me on this. Health issues have kept me off the scooter sites for some time, and I need to get back now and then. I can't imagine anyone thinking these slick little turtle-deck scoots aren't sporty enough! Heck, they are totally Vespa cosmetics inspired. For a custom, they are HARD to beat for raw material!
As for my own "personal" taste, I think you're right on the money... I'm anxious to see where you take this one. It's sorta "Rat-Rod" and sorta modern-day "evil"... Whatever it ends up, it will be a head-turner.

A question -- have you checked the BMV regulations about light color placement? All red under glow is really nice but you may run into legality problems with red lights running on the front of the scooter.
all the LEDs face the ground and texas is very mc friendly. LED lighting is considered "visual safety features". LEO's only attention is checking out the bikes around here.
