i am selling a 2007 rocketa mc 13 250 bali at present it has 967 miles on it its scratched up on left side and the ball on the front break is broken off when i went down on black ice in january but it runs well it broke me up more than the scooter it has a short in the wiring some place i think because i loose the dash lights and the headlights at times if i had the means and time i would try the find it but i just bought a trike so there you go i only want $500.00 i live in northern arkansas so you would have to arrange shipping if i could i would post pictures thanks for looking Chris

OK so in Aug i bought a 2007 roketa 250 as im riding it starts overheating, now the old man i bought it from said it had been sitting for 2 years he would start it and let it run for 10 to 15 min twice a week but couldnt ride it because of his hip so i drained the anti freeze and put in new and new oil road it to work which is 10 miles it started over heating again and then wouldnt start i had it taken to a local bike shop the guy at the shop said he would look at it but wouldn't promise anything because its Chinese and you cant get parts for them about 2 weeks later he calls me says its fixed that the fan relay was bal and that is why it overheated he fixed that and the starter was shot and he replaced it but it starts now and i could pick it up i got 15 miles down the road and the thermostat shot up the engine died they came and picked it up i have now been told that the lower radiator hose rotted on the inside and clogged up blew off dumped the coolant and now the cylinder and piston are scored and those parts cant be found its been 5 months so now im looking for the parts can they be found i need a cylinder and piston for a 2007 roketa 250 the title says make is JMST body type MC the side of the scooter says mc-13-250

its a short case the problem is the rear wheel is not coming off for some reason its frozen in there and from what i can see it shouldn't be it turns but is gravlely like the bearings might be gone once i get it off ill know

do you have to remove the clutch and bell to remove the rear tire on a 50 cc qmb 139 scooter

Ive had to learn to do the work its a 4 stroke qmb 139 49cc wildfire WFH50-s2 and ha 10,127 miles so far has started fine for the past couple of days had to give it gas on start up just for a second it seems to idle ok but once i start riding like i said i lose all power the engine sounds like it is trying but is being held back at first and when i got it back from the shop i thought the clutch was slipping so i changed it that did nothing so i thought maybe the veriator was sticking so i changed it and the weights no difference a friend of mine thinks its the rings how do you check that and if it is how do you change them

ok sorry for the time away but had no cash for the internet. So as in whats going on fule delivery seemed to be a problem and was pissing me off so i finaly took my scooter to the shop here on a Thursday i called them up that sat to find out what was up the mechanic said the accelerator pump was broken and they had to buy a new carb they were waiting for the parts as soon as they arrive they would give me a call. one week later i got the call to come get my scoot oh and that will be $372 and some change thank you have a nice day needless to say i was not happy had to give up the majority of my pay check but i got my scoot and it works happy days.nope the fuel problem is gone but it had a top speed of 40 flat or going down hill it got up to 42 up hill any hill even a 2 degree incline 25mph at most that was almost 2 weeks ago now i had no choice because i had no money and had to get to work every day i ride 10 miles to work i loose 1 to 2 mph now to day started at top speed of 30 down hill and ended at top speed up a slight incline at 12mph now i know what some of you are going to say so lets see ive changed the clutch 2 times no difference changed the clutch bell 3 times no difference changed the veriator 2 times the weights 3 times the slides 2 times the slide plate 2 times went from a standard belt to a gates Kevlar belt new ignition coil and a new iridium plug oh and now another new carb before this started i had a top speed of 45 50 up hill 38 to 43 depending and i still dont know whats going on

i just dont know any more when its on the centerstand it runs when its down it acts like its either getting to much gas or not enough i have no way of sending pictures

stock air box no cash for mods yet paying for a 250 after that mods for the 50 will come ill check the air box in the morning ive taken the carb off at lest 6 times today so it wouldn't surprise me to find a leak now any thing else i should check

when i say i hear the inricher shut off i hear the change in the engine sound when i start it in the mornings it starts at a high rev for a min or so then slows down and idles this past winter when i would start it would go up and down more than once depending on how cold it was that day the carb i got was in a box labeled qmb 139 type 2 i think they got it from parts for scooters. com which i would have done but i didnt want to wait for shipping if i take the enricher of while the scooter os running wont gas shoot out of the hole

NO GAS on vacuum hose and i can hear the enricher shut off i thought i finaly had it tuned took the old pilot from my old carb its a 32 i think at 2 1/2 turns out it wouldnt stay running at 4 turns it would at 5 1/2 turns counter clockwise from off it stopped increasing in rpms but when i took it of the stand the sound got lower and when i started driving it was sputtering like before and the top speed was 12 mph put it back up on the car port it died put it back up on the stand it started right up let it run heard the enricher go on then off let it idle figured to much gas turned it a !/4 turn clockwise rpms dropped and it died turned it back started up turned it another 1/4 counter clockwise rpms increased turned it one more 1/4 counter clockwise no increase turned it back 1/8 took it of the center stand for a ride same thing as before 12 mph sputtering the whole way i just dont understand
