Which engine does it have. The horizontal or vertical one if in the 250cc class. That would be a start to the solution.
Most on this forum have their very own favorite brands of real and synthetic oils. Myself, for my 250cc vertical engine, I use standard oil of SAE 10-40 grade. I only cruise around in town. Never on the highways trying to get up over the 60mph or on long haul trips. So far am satisfied with this regular oil. Never tried any synthetics either.
How much? On my engine it is to where the dip stick says. Pretty close to the opening on the side where the dip stick goes in.
I hope you like your ride.

On my 2011 Roketa 244cc I've also had no problems with plain ol' 10W-40, and mine takes about 0.8 liters to where it shows on the dipstick. If you have that engine, probably the same. Don't believe it has changed all that much over the years, still basically something Honda has been building for at least a couple decades. Chinese knew a good thing when they saw it.
