ok so i put my carb back on to make sure ive checked every thing cable hoses etc i turn on the key i figure its going to take a minute to get the gas flowing the starter starts turning good then it stops no sound i push the start button again and al i hear is a loud click every time i push it click click like a light switch being flippid 3 more times then the starter starts again for a couple of seconds maybe 20 then nothing but this click i trace it to this round box under my floor board that the battery wires go into and if i put my finger on the bottom i can feel it clicking is this the solenoid ? f@#$%^ i hate electronics worse than auto motives and i got no volt meter

the throttle cable is on the right side the nut goes into the hole the cable feeds thru a groove and then connects with two nuts one on each side of the bracket i had to adjust the nuts all the way down on the one side so my butterfly would close when not giving it gas im used to this type of throttle cable it was the same on my 150 and the same on the carb cleaning videos in the help files

its got a little metal plate but there is a stud where the screw hole was on my 150 but it just sits in said hole and when i turn it over it falls out the only thing i can see holding it down is the spring the stud seems to just keep it from moving around inside the tube to stop it from covering the holes

can anyone post a picture of what the inside of the common 50 cc 4 stroke carb diaphragm looks like looking down at the top of the needle i just want to know if there is any thing missing from my new one i remember my 150 had a screw holding a bracket that held the needle down in the diaphragm this one doesn't but it has 3 holes one for the needle one realy small one to one side one bigger on the otherside of the needle hole in the center

I'm so tiered I wish the scooter shop in my town wouldn't have closed.once again scooter wont start got the 80 jet in took off the 120 jet put carb back on turned it over after about 10 minutes of cranking it starts still accelerating at ungodly speeds.turn air fuel screw clockwise till stops no change turn idle screw all the way closed no change. before im asked there will be no videos i do not have the means to post a video nor pictures either and if i dont get this scooter running i will have no job either went out this morning and tried to start it once again after 10 minutes almost a start checked spark got spark checked for fuel flow have that checked for vacuum have that so why and for any who dont know i have a 2006 wildefire wfh50-s2r2 stock except for the new type2 carb with a #80 jet

cant put up a picture but its stock except the new carb is a type 2 carb for a 50cc gy6 qmb 139 throttle on the right side 4 stroke so 80 would be about right? i remember looking at the main jet on my old carb when i cleaned it and it not having numbers but when i pulled it out this morning it had 120 stamped on it and i remember the guy asking me if i knew the size then telling me it was a 120

so i fixed the air leak and got my scooter a wildfire 50 to start but its still idling way to high i remembered the guy who sold me the new carb asked what size jet i wanted i said the same as on the old one he took it off and went back in the back room came out with both carbs and said wow you are running a 120 are you sure its 50 cc i said yes im sure ok here you go so i looked at my old carb today after the new carb made my scoot go crazy and the jet says 120 but i swear it looks like a new jet also so i think that is now the problem is 120 the correct size jet and if not what is good

ok checked for suction no suction pulled of the manifold i dont see any cracks but when i looked at the o ring gasket is it supposed to be flat (not round )and flush with the manifold and it looks like there had been a bead of clear silicone run around it at some time in the past
