ok sorry for the time away but had no cash for the internet. So as in whats going on fule delivery seemed to be a problem and was pissing me off so i finaly took my scooter to the shop here on a Thursday i called them up that sat to find out what was up the mechanic said the accelerator pump was broken and they had to buy a new carb they were waiting for the parts as soon as they arrive they would give me a call. one week later i got the call to come get my scoot oh and that will be $372 and some change thank you have a nice day needless to say i was not happy had to give up the majority of my pay check but i got my scoot and it works happy days.nope the fuel problem is gone but it had a top speed of 40 flat or going down hill it got up to 42 up hill any hill even a 2 degree incline 25mph at most that was almost 2 weeks ago now i had no choice because i had no money and had to get to work every day i ride 10 miles to work i loose 1 to 2 mph now to day started at top speed of 30 down hill and ended at top speed up a slight incline at 12mph now i know what some of you are going to say so lets see ive changed the clutch 2 times no difference changed the clutch bell 3 times no difference changed the veriator 2 times the weights 3 times the slides 2 times the slide plate 2 times went from a standard belt to a gates Kevlar belt new ignition coil and a new iridium plug oh and now another new carb before this started i had a top speed of 45 50 up hill 38 to 43 depending and i still dont know whats going on

Sorry to hear of the problems, but most shops do not know their left from their right. They just like to replace parts to make money for the shop so they can keep their jobs.
Ok back to your problem Can you do any mechanical work yourself? Is this a 2stroke or 4stroke. And how many miles on it. Does it start up good and does it start up good when it is hot? Alleyoop

Ive had to learn to do the work its a 4 stroke qmb 139 49cc wildfire WFH50-s2 and ha 10,127 miles so far has started fine for the past couple of days had to give it gas on start up just for a second it seems to idle ok but once i start riding like i said i lose all power the engine sounds like it is trying but is being held back at first and when i got it back from the shop i thought the clutch was slipping so i changed it that did nothing so i thought maybe the veriator was sticking so i changed it and the weights no difference a friend of mine thinks its the rings how do you check that and if it is how do you change them
