I had ANOTHER THREAD ABOUT BATTERYS ,AN ITS MY THOUGHT THAT THE ONES THEY GIVE US ARE UNDERPOWERED.AS SAID THE HONDA REFLEX CLONE TO THE YY250T THE 150 ALSO USES SAME BATTERY,SO THE CHEAP ONE I GOT WITH IT GTX9-BS AN THERE ARE OTHER #S TO FOR SAME BATTERY 9AH ,AN SO IF THE 150 USES THE SAME IN CHINESE ,AN THAT ONE I GOT WITH IS GOOD ,,IT WAS MY THOUGHT TO UPGRADE TO THE YTX12S AS THAT IS THE OME REPLACEMENT FOR THE HONDA REFLEX ,AN I GOT TMS AN WAS PLANING ON ACTIVATING IN SPRING THEN THE MAN SAID WELL BETTTER CHECK SEE IT WORKS RIGHT  ISAID I BOUGHT IT THAT WAY FOR REASON ,SO HE PUT IT IN MY HEAD I BETTER ,SO NEXT DAY TAKE IT OUT TO GARAGE ,SET UP SIMULAR TO THE ONE CAME WITH SCOOTER,PUSHED THE ACID BOOTLE ONE NICE AN EVEN 1 MINUTE LATER ITS OVER FLOWING OUT THE BATTERY,LOOKED LIKE ABOUT 2 OUNCES OF FLUIDS LEAKED OUT I HAD SOME 49% ACID ADDED ABOUT 2 OUNCES .PUT CAP ON IT LEAKED OUT NEGATIVE POST ,WAS NOT SEALED RIGHT,WHATS I LONG STORY ALREADY ,THE BATTERY IT JUNK 33.00,,THE PERSON I BUY IT FROM REFUNDED THE AMOUNT THEN WAS THINKING ABOUT ANOTHER 33.00 BATTERY ,THEN I FOUND A POWER SOURSE FOR 56.00 FREE SHIPPING FOUND OUT USA MADE then find out power sourse has the cinese make there baterys what don't they make anymore ,AN WRONG SITE THEY COST 89.00 SHIPPING ,SO THOUGH TIME WILL TELL ,I JUST DONT SEE PUT YUASA 100.00 + MORE THEN I PAY FOR MY CAR BATTERYS ,THE POWER SOURCE IS ATLEAST BRAND NAME AN COME ALREADY CHARGED ,THERE 11AH BUT THERE ALSO 250CCA SO FOR 22.00 MORE I THINK YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR HEAR ,NOT TO SAY SOME DONT GET LUCKY,AN I GOT NAME BRAND BATTERY HOPEFULLY WITHOUT ALL THE HASSLE OF THE OTHER 8-|I FEEL THE REASON FOR UPGRADE IS I HEAR TO MUCH CHARGEING ISSUES BATTERYS DIEING TO QUICKLY ,SO ITS MY THOUGHT TO RUN YTZ12S THAT OR THE YTZ14S FOR RUNING ALOT OF EXTRAS ,YES ELLPEE YOU WERE RIGHT WHEN SAID 33.00 SOUNDS TO CHEAP |

oh no iwas just bit discouraged about the battery I got from tms ,an did not know that a lot of times like jr said I hit the caps key an just keep that way sorry about that I know now though ,getting ready go out in =20 for 4 inhes snow ,boston got it badthough thanks for letting me know about that john,4iches usaaly nothing with snow blower today its the cold an like living in the artic circle yes I know some got 40 below 8-|not rideing scooter or running it today maybe few days get January thaw,the power source is in the middle will try that was 56.00 on sale I seen same one selling for 89.00 ,then I did hear you just get a bad one now an them the now 8ah I got with though was 9ah an PS hehehehe is 11ah ,I guess if that's not enough juice there is the ytx14s an other part# for them as long as its 6x3x4.3 I guess it fits thanks ,wow was it cold the coldest I can think of on 10 years snow under 20 degrees ,I have not seen hear ,just enough to clear driveway ,then another day is warm up |

WOW THIS THREAD HAS ALOT OF HELPFUL INFO I GOT THE CHEASY VALVE STEMS WEAR YOU GETING THEM THATS SERIOUS ?,I NOTICE I GOT THEM AFTER I LET SOME OF THE 50LBS OF AIR THAT WAS IN THEM TO 29 AN 32,I AM MAKEING A LIST NOW,SHOULD WE NOT CALL IS THE PDI ,WICH IS SOMETHING THERE SUPOSED TO DO AT THE DEALER ,WE SHOULD CALL IS THE HFA THE HOME FIX AN ADJUST EVERYTHING ,  .YES I SHOULD HAVE NOTED HOW CHEAP THAT WAS WHEN THEY BENT LIKE A REAL CHEAP STRAW |

OK = 20 THIS COMEING WEEK FEW DAYS TO COLD ,IT NORMALY DOES NOT SNOW WHEN BELOW 20 BUT SURE ENOUGH SAYING 6 TO 12 INCHES+ ,I HAVE NOT SEEN WINTER LIKE THIS IN YEARS WHEAR IT SNOWS WHEN SO COLD IN NEWENGLAND ,THEY SAY IT USSALY STAYS UP SO HIGH IN THE CLOUDS AN THE SAYING WAS ITS TO COLD TO SNOW ,NOT SAYING THAT NOW DONT KNOW WHAT THERE EXCUSE IS FOR THAT 10 YEARS BEFORE THIS YEAR ,OH WELL LIGHT SNOW MOVES EASYER ON THE BACK |

I GUESS I AM NOT SURPRIZED AS THE WEIGHT RATIO ON THESE PUTS MOST OF THE WEIGHT ON REAR TIRE I USED TO GET 10.00O ON THE DL 1000,BU THERE 2 DIFFRENT BIKES AN ALOT MORE $ I GUESS I LIKE LAST THREAD I SEE MYSLEF SAYING ALOT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR,,SO I GUESS I GOING TO TRY SHINKOSR568 REAR AN THE 567 IN FRONT ,THE BUT WIDER TIRES TALKED ABOUT IN ANOTHER THREAD,AN OVER ALL IF I END UP WITH GOOD SCOOTER THEN IT MAY BE WORTH PUTING A FEW EXTRA BUCKS INTO SOME THINGS THAT MATTER ,BUT I HEAR THEY RUN GOOD ,I GUESS LOOKS CAN BE DESIVEING ,AS THE ONES ON IT LOOK AGRESSIVE AS WELLAS THE SHINKO SOUND CHINESE ,BUT HAY MY FALKINS ON MY Z RACERING ROAD TIRES I GOT 40.000 OUT OF THE FRONT ,THE FIRST SET OF YEAR ONES WIDER GOT 14 TO 20K OH WELL .OH YES THE WIDER THE TIRE THE FASTER THEY DO WEAR I KNOW THAT

well it seems they all make al these promises to you I got mine roketa mc 250 b 2013 jonway yy250 t one an the same 244cc from poweride outlet cal,couse they had 28 5 star reviews on the scooter ,while I think they all make mistakes as far as parts mabey they other guys know,the reviews I kinda got feeling now after buying ,they probley control the reviews ,my plan is to leave 3 stars only couse few issues with them the seller . but I wont do that until I have drove it for 6 months at least then they will get there review,from what I see there all the same couse there selling scooter thast pretty much come from the same place ,in all the pictures from all venders I seen it was of same warehouse showing the same pictures of this scooter ,they may be few problems ,but real I also hear good thing about the jonway 250,so I would just look for best price an do it youself

WELL YOU COULDS SEE IF YOU BIKE HAS A BIG BORE KIT AVAILABLE ,AN GET MORE HP ,MABEY AN PIPE THAT BREATHS BETTER AN MY GUESS ON SPROCKET BEING SMALLER IF ITS SAY 7 INCH 46 TEETH MOVE AN GET A SMALLER ONE NOT AS WIDE ,HOW MANY TEETH I DONT KNOW ,BUT ALLEYOOP MAY KNOW ALOT MORE ,I KNOW THIS A BIGGER SPROKET GIVES LOW END POWER TO THE REAR WHEEL AN A SMALLER ONE GIVES MORE TOP END POWER WICH EYQUALS SPEED,AN GOING FASTER ,HOW MUCH TIME WILLTELL,BUT THE CHEAPER WAY IS THE SPORKET THEN THE CAN ,THAT SHOULD GET YOU 60MPH

I like this ,when I looked at priceing for more then the cost of my scooter ,I could have got the 250 trike I think was 1800.00 more ,the price ,I don't know ,I do like the thought as I did feel unsteady after my bike wreck in 07,an on windy days anxiety I have sometimes worse then others ,oh when I was 21 not a care in the world |

yes the red upper plastic is what I ment thanks ellpee ,I am sure when the time comes warmer weather will make for not hurrying ,an black plastic to the upper an lower fenders I guess I allways been used to just one fender for the tire ,I don't see the one over the tire smaller one doing anything of need except keep dirt from getting up to other upper black tire fender .I guess I could see takeing mine off o don't plan on rideing on dirt roads an to me its just doing nothing ,now the upper one yes ,i said to jr I think it just plain to close to the tire ,I guess I will think of a few thing to modify as well though were not all alike wich is good we leran a lot from thought an actions of others thanks ellpee ,today is last day then into deep freeze ,oh the battery ,I asked the man how long I could store it without acid in it ,he said I should activate it make sure it work right ,i said why I am not going to use it for 3 months an why I odered that kind,oh well whats 3 months I may just do the slow 18 hour charge gives me something to do on freezing days

yes ellpee sounds like your happy ,I would not mind sounds pretty simple,but hear I said in another thread I have run headlight Newhamshire law all day an night go.like you don't ride much at night cant see whats in the road the wrong rock unless its on the way home . figure don't need a helmet though ,wich I wear one though for protection an wind ,my eyes water when to much wind an gogles when get off the bike stick to my face so I like the full face.i was hit on my Dl 1000 back in 07 an older lady she was not looking turned right into me ,I had the stereo blasting 90 db an my loud scorpion pipes high beams , it did not make any difference unavoidable an she was at total fault as she did not take the second look,an now 4 years later I am getting back in to rideing a scooter I guess could happen to anyone ,when i drive past the spot I crawl

 s ellpee I hear you today was warm 38 so i fired the red dragon with wopping16.5 hp,i thought about getting stickers that say that get few laughs,i do plan to do a lot of what your doing an JR was right about my rear fender,the lower one I see all the bolts ,but get the feeling the main one the plate is attached to I seen 2 under an tightened them ,? but got the feeling there is more bolts holding that on then 2.,have you took your upper side panals off ,it looks like they come off without removeing lower ones?.so anyhow while tighning some bolts found some loose on the exhaust the peace in between the motor an muffler an as I went along tight others to seems 9 10 11 mm ,I guess I better try to get every one I can think of ,surely the ones for safety ,some are tight others not ,some so loose its disgusting ,they say when they do the pdi they check that to ,but thats ,they are sending me a new rack as there was a 2 inch gouge in the paint an touch up paint ,scews for muffler an the main screws for plastic,well I got the battery today 12ah ,an wont activate it until spring , ,anyhow time will tell with that ,yes supposed to get back to more snow rain an then real cold ,so chilling well not long 14weeks or so will be spring or close. time goes fast this year not fast enough ,though as we get older it does go fast for some reason already got 2 coats of wax on it . |

I guess that sounds right but I don't know much I know one thing I feel like if I ever have to take the plasic off again I should do all the upgrades then ,as it seems so easy to break but then again when i was takeing mine part was to cold ,so just going to ride it in the spring an see how it acts ,then in warmer weather think about tinkering more the weather has been up an down not to many 40 s an to cold like 15 ,,they say each year there imrpoveing certain things on these scooters ,I am the kinda guy if it is not brock don't fix it ,so will see how the 2013 runs in a few months ,after the atv 8 to 9 years ago with the non ajustable carb shows how much I knew I did not know until later that was the case. though I one time took the carb off a straight 6 ford van cleaned it up put back in an it ran great those were the days ,I am glad to have something that so far stays running from china ,let us no about the fan
