Well Currently it reaches 50-55 mph and no more on highway. I can only reach 5th gear which is my max gearshift and when im on max my rpms go no more than 8,000 rps max and eventually get passed easily by any car. Why can't I reach 60 Mph! How can I make it faster. I do have a little bi of RPM space before it reaches redline and yet it only reaches 8,000 rpm maximum!

Your out of gearing, if this is a Chain Drive you will need to get a smaller Sprocket on your rear wheel for more top end speed. Alleyoop

seems much cheaper and faster to change the front sprocket rather than the rear wheel sprocket. not really made of big pockets anyways
