I would just take off the front now you there couse the 2 inside for the cluster are hard to get to ,on mine the bulbs are wired in or loosks like ,you need mighty small hand to reach in there ,the 2 bolts should ratchet right out ,then there t more Philips on the inside outer edges of the cluster ,might as well check everything while your there I found many loose bots an nuts in mine ,an it brand new ,a lot of guys are replaceing with led light with less watts but more light ,not sure of the part# there are a few guys one ebay that can match them up or hear

good no vibration at 60mph today I just put nose back on,an the turn signal being opposite I just swithched plugs ,works fine I just have to go right for left an left for right dededdee, for now it seems the easiest way for me then messing with takeing a lot more apart, thanks again guys should be read for weekend ride I have planned ,though I got a feeling the back trunk areas next , That turn signal part sounds odd. Are you saying turning the switch to left was causing the front right to blink, and vice versa? If so, okay, swapping the two plugs around would fix that, but then what happens to the REAR turn signals? You might now be getting front left/rear right and vice versa. Something to check. well like had said the new problem is that rear brake caliper ,being loose, its my guess its the design,as I took it apart unloosened the muffler to get to one on the main bolt s I did get that hex head off ,everything seems fine the little shock absorbers ,are what make it move a little ,I retighten all the bolts an the hex head ,its still loose but I suspect unless I have bad caliper or the pins are bad I don't know for sure but it seems ok,is yours loose a bit just move side to side a little not up an down but side to side ,i hope so thanks ellpee

yes when I buy it one was opostite from the other ,so knew I should fix that at some point ,an so they work at same time there just opposite on the switch ,I think I got a worse problem now than that ,the turn signals work ,?rear brake caliper is loose ,an there 3/16th gap that's hex head wont turn out or in ,an now I am going to try impact wrench on it ,I am not sure if it just happen or was like it when I buy it .but it looks pretty bad that it wont last like isaid working on the thing more then rideing it

thanks guys yes I had the problem one in front would blink right one in rear would blink left ,so I swithched the plugs before I put it back together ,now on the dash ,its opposite ,,but as long as I remember right is left ,an left is right they work at the same time ,it may be a the switch now .yesterday was looking at the back tighning up bolts ,I got a loose brake caliper ,I hope today it turns tighter that rear one seem poor design then again now I am seeing how the scooter itself is,theres a gap in the middle of the hex head bolt an it wont tighten anymore ,its loose but not falling off ,I may snap a pic an have the place I buy it from replace it ,so far it seems I have worked on this thing more then I ride it ,hope to get there though thanks scott
