Tis with heavy heart and hours of frustration that I post today. After finally fixing the charging problem on the scooter, I did some maintenance and took it out for a test run. On the way back it stopped on the highway and smoke was coming from the air intake on the carburetor. :/ So after getting it towed back home I took apart the air intake to find that there was oil in it and a burnt smell. Seeing as how it looked like it may be the carb, I took it out and cleaned it as well. Put it back together, still won't start, drained the oil and found gunk. Came out running black. Also rather than telling you what it sounds like, I ill post a link to my one drive with a short video of me starting it up. I'm really afraid that it may have blown something in the engine block. *sigh* Attempted Start Video
Thanks in advance everyone, Felix

Felix the battery needs charging badly. At this point it is dragging so bad you can't really tell anything?

Yea, the battery is to weak to turn the motor over fast enough for it to start. So put the battery on charge for at least 4 hours or so and then give it a shot. Alleyoop

slow trickle charge is best ,it does not make your acid boil ,like .5 but if you have 1.5 that will work to
