Normally the handle bars are ONE piece so maybe the part that holds it to the tree the left side is loose or broke. Can you move the left part of the handle bar forward and backward a little? Alleyoop well i got it all back together takes longer then takleing apart??? I guess I had few other questions, that big inch an quarter nut ,is it possible I had over tighten that ,now what I got it the streering is hard I made sure all the wires were right back wear they needed to be .? could I have over tighten the big one,the brass one in the 3rd picture it feels like the scooter does not want turn as freely now, other wise the other issue is fixed aaaahhhhh thanks scott I put the pic in there hear Attachments:

mine were loose when i got it ,its probley a good thing they lasted as long as they did ,I am finding that 50% of the bolts are loose or more . an some so loose you could unloosen them with your fingers,i tighten them all up then checked them again mufflers get hot then cold so they should be checked gusseing few times per year

ok sorry if I been a pain ,but its the center bolt I clearly see moveing ,I need to figure out how to get more torq on it without striping it ,I tried the put wrench up against the steel there I don't want to strip it though, its almost like I need 4 hands ,those china men are weak torq it to 80lbs ,then back off a tad to get the wrench unstuck but bottom line they were loose along with a lot of others, got the main problem fix thanks again ,it does seem just a bit tighter would be better ,though I am a lot closer now ,should it be tighter then 80lbs ,I think there should be noticeable difference in the way is rides now ,aahh yes with the help of Alleyoop an scooter pro thanks man ,I may try to get it a bit tighter ,that center bolt an the weld are what hold the front end on eheehheheh,it was 14mm like most are metric ,I was using 9/16th was what almost striped it live an learn ,? do you know what the torq lbs should be on those I am thinking one more turn on both ,I don't have torq wrench for the big one ,mine goes to 80lbs ,down feels good right to left is harder to get more leverage on ,an I guess tighter is better yup in this case anyhow ,the big one was near loose the little one not more then 60lbs was not getting it ,there aint to many like you alley ,most of them just read the thread ,intead of helping thanks ,I rpobley would have got there hut I got there faster couse of you the other 40 that read it aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh ,I got to say I may not been involved but been I am I get into posting an replying ,even if I am not sure

I tighted up the center one an the big 1 an 1/4th inch nut was loose ,its tighter but now I wonder if I need to back the big one off an the one that looks like its need a pipe wrench needs to be tighter ,couse I realy gave it all I got big long wrench, probley 80lbs to 100 lbs each, like said tighter but not snug it seems poor design ,I wonder if backing off what tool works for the lower one under the big nut seen in the last picture,,the center one seems it should only need to be so tight that the big one is what keeps it from bending,?i wonder if I need to drop it down some then tighten is up ,see how much tread is there ,I guess enough for today don't want to break something,do you know what tool turn that an wich way it would turn thanks alot .though like said it was pretty loose an much tighter just not what I would think ,? it should not move right
