i found what i need at advance auto parts. i did have trouble getting the holes all to line up though. and the muffler did suffer an little damage i did not know of at 1st. the pipe on the muffler was bent where it fell off. i had to work on it for an long time but got it rounded back enough i could fit it on the pipe of the exhaust. lining it up after that was an even bigger challenge. but it is up and running again, and i can enjoy it without waking up the dead. lol.......... however, the next 7 days do NOT look good for 2 wheeling. calling for rain the next 7 days so, i may not be able to enjoy it much. thank u for ur info. it really helped giving me the size of the bolts. oh yeah, to let u know, it cost me bout 3$ for both....... advance auto parts. have an gr8 week and happy riding

i found what i need at advance auto parts. only cost an $ each. biggest part was repairing the muffler. i discovered it did have some damage to it after it came off. i had to work on it for an while b4 i could even round out the pipe on the end of it so it would fit over the exhaust pipe. but am back up and running. tiresome work coz i am disabled. but at least i got it going again. thanx for the input

mine were loose when i got it ,its probley a good thing they lasted as long as they did ,I am finding that 50% of the bolts are loose or more . an some so loose you could unloosen them with your fingers,i tighten them all up then checked them again mufflers get hot then cold so they should be checked gusseing few times per year

What I did was go to tractor supply & buy harden bolts that are just a little bigger & tapped them into the aluminum...I also used red lock tite...I have not had a problem since....You might think with the red lock tite that you wouldn't be able to remove them, but you can...I had replaced them bolt atleast 5 times before doing this & it works great....I was like you bobcat,I lost my muffler one day riding....A couple lock washers won't hurt either...

thanx for the info. seems to be ok now. i know i am happy enjoying my toy. and loving 80+ mpg. and topped off the other day at 87+ wow. of course, i am in no hurry. i am disabled and have nothing but time on my hands. so i take off slow, build my speed up slow and usually stay below 60.
