ok thanks Alleoop its one peace an it does move up an down side to side as you sit on it ,I think the 3rd pic might be the culprit though I found a lot of loose nuts on the frame to the plastics ,you were right when you said we would know them in an out ,its got the 4 bolts an one threw the center of the post, its nice to have trim tool kit help separate plastics, but getting at the 2 screws one seen in pic 6 does nothing ,? I am mystified as to whats still hold that one in pic 2 ,so tomorrow I will get at it fresh an just tighten up everything, the scooter runs great is fun so far ,the fan runs full time after warm up on hotter days I guess,i should probley just plan on working everything while I am halfway there now, replaceing the lights an so on ,no bent Philips is helping hear ,,it seems the left side more then the right so hope its mabey the combo of 2 bolts on the bracket left side ,an that center one,i guess the way the got it set up thought it was not just going to fall apart like I thought , comes apart a lot easyer in warm weather in the right tools ,I am sure a challenge putting back together, only one crack on that center peace wich is a still that super glue will fix ,an time for lock tight to thanks

well I guess unless you got a bent Philips like hex head to get the ignition off ,I guess I can cheack nall my wireing in front an have taken the bottom an from apart now ,I am guessing for now as its got hot something just need tighting, there is nothing easy to working on these things ,but buying the door trim kit help better easly get the parts off an warmer weather helps to ,I guess I may have it fixed now is a few days though it only took about 1 hour 30 minutes to take the front plastics off ,atleast now I can check all that stuff ,,I guess next it will be the rear they put thing thing together I think to make you take them apart to tighten them up aaaahhhhhhh, hope down the road it worth it

yes if you have done that enough .but also played with the carb then follow Alleyoops lead on this, they do sell alot of the scooters with carbs that are not adjustable ,when I got mine they sold separately an approved carb adjustable it was like 59.00 upgrade an I knew It would probley be a good idea for my 2013 ,ellpee could be right about what he is saying ,I had a atv that was like that an couse wear I live in never ran right ,I like 1000 feet above sea leval,it had idle screw but no fuel mixture screw ,that was way back when people did not know what they were getting 10 years ago

yes just keep an eye on it I do that to you could try it now ,an see I go 5000,in my car at 3000 I put a bottle of stp oil treatment to add good viscosity ,you could try a couple table spoons of that to I swear by it ,its better to have little to much oil then not enough

have you adjusted the valves most motorcycles an scooters recomend that at 1000 miles reguardless of what others say. then they don't need to about 10,000.i have 2013 it takes time to warm up then run great so far but I only have like 100,miles on it to don't know if there is choke on that one I don't think so. an I also been told the sooner the better with that ,its early on they need adjusting more then anything ,meening its better to adjust them before funny noises .then it is to wait until then

it makes sence to me that like Alleyoop said its probley not all draining out like said if it takes the 0,75 3/4ths like you say makes sence to me ,that the 244cc holds .90 an then probley after change holds like 0.80 like ellpee said quart is 16 ounces so 3/4ths is 12 ounces of oil my 2 cents ,like you say check it ,is what I do with everything I make it habbit to check each time I ride it unless its every day 10w40

5 votes Now we're cooking with gas. Keep it up. I would like to see 10 by the end of the weekend. Thank you everyone for all the great chatter on this. I did find hear in Nh one needs a drivers licence an 1,5hp the engine can not exceed that 2 years ago they changed it do thing are changing ,an there a lot more states making it harder to just get on one an drive it ,I am thinking 1,5hp is not 49cc but I could be wrongs more like 25cc

yes while I thought was the case in NH ,there are a lot of states now changed the law an 2 years ago nh changed to law one needs licence an plate insurance ,for anything with motor ,an I hear a lot of states are buying into that now ,its probley got to do with ,I don't know how to tell you how to get any more speed then to get a bigger moped ,hear it cannot be more 1,5hp to so if they wanted to force those with more hp to get an endorcement they could but my guess is they don't have the time
