near everything we buy is either made in china or put together there then another name it put on it ,but that one is for a 250cc ,a lot of dealers give you the same battery as 150cc or a 100cc takes ,an just underpowered after some time

I am 6ft4 so I am not sure a taller one works for me ,I guess anything deflecting the wind above my head is good I don't like the wind right in my face when rideing long trips ,i will try the stock one first ,yes seems like a lot but if your takeing long trips,i think the scooter looks cooler with no wind shield I wont put it on until bug season ,I got the face shield on helmet though on cooler days fogs up fast ,just keep it tipped open ,,I wont trust the scooter for long ride until after 300 miles or more then again I am just scoot around town kinda guy 30 mile round trip to town

well its my thought mabey move this thread to the open discussion ,I bought my 2013 roketa mc250b the jonway yy250t 244ccc,from poweride outlet .I am sure not all dealers offered this ,they offered the italika adjustable carb epa approved the other was not . 59.00 was a no brainer for me,then they offered a more powerful presidential battery 49.99 I did not buy it ,I thought quickly what are they selling an under powered battery to me 9ah is what I got,an hear so much issues with charging batterys an so on ,I an finding the Honda reflex holds the 12ah ,is the ome replacement battery ,an know I am dealing WITH CHINESE CHEAP PARTS ,I think the one I got for my scooter is underpowered ,an it may be the case with a lot of Chinese scooters I did not see other dealers offering the uprades wich I did like know,couse I don't know much,but bye now I think I am just going to put the 12ah in it an see how it goes ,there has to be others who figured that out 8-|an its my personal thought that if they are putting a lot of cheap parts on the scooters this includes all scooters having cheap batterys ,they did say wich I found weird ,it last you 2 3 years the scooter not the battery ,I am thinking yes for the guy who rides 10.000 miles per year,for me not

yes I see the battery I found is on ebay ,yes the price seems low ,but they sell a lot of batterys ,I guess I may just put the 12ah,an run that full time ,I know they do the Honda a powerful battery ,I actually found 2 places selling at that price ,one was sealed already though,its name tms ytz12s yes its Chinese but so are a lot of them. tmshelmet seller has a great score of 99.4 an with 16000+ sales that's great score on ebay ,its the Honda reflex my mistake ,2001 to 2009.,my 9ah I did that yesterday it took another slow 2 hour charge ,but Its good slow one is the ,5amp mini charger I have is 18 hours next time after I run it ,the 12ah would be 24 hour slow charge at .5amp half an amp or 18watts one hour for every half amp ,when I was buying jap bikes they would tell me how they would do the over night charge was the best for the battery they used very exspencive chargers to ,so I guess I need to continue that I think the one I have is underpowered for the scooter after one month siting I did not take the volts in it at the time but it seemed it was running down quickly at indoor temp 60 to 70 the 12ah in spring will get 24hr charge I had got the 18watt wall charger about 7 years ago it never let me down I alllways used it when winter was hear I will check to 9ah after one month the volts meter I just plan on trying the more powerful battery wich makes sence they were trying to sell it to me for a reason an if the reflex take a 12ah why would these not,if the 12ah does not do it then I would go into all the things the guys are talking about you all can do the research youself I not trying to know it all ,just the simplest way to have more power from my charging system a more powerful battery ,then again mabey I am wrong an I know your trying to achieve certain things with the scoot like the on off switch for healight mine the head light does not come on until it starts i like that my 2006 dl 1000 the head light came on before I hit the start button ,thanks Ellpee

that was the one I was thinking about ,,I guess a lot of guys don't want to spend the 1000.00 more for fuel injection an a real suspention ,I do think if the yy250t I have runs good for few years I could see myself trying out the bms,i hear some say there like the best Chinese scooter out there ,I am sure as people see them that is Chinese scooters around an running for long times with no trouble then will see more whear I live I am probley the only owner of a Chinese scooter ,an in the next town of 20.000,first atv 250 about 9 years ago ,only had the non adjustable carb an never ran right ,so for me looking back it was like thowing 1000.00 out the window,they have came a long way since ,I did buy only after reading good thing about the newer ones,that is a sharp looking scooter,to get you picture on hear go to the pic click on ,don't enlarge it should say edit click edit on upper right,then it will say resize upper left click , then click pixels on right an put at about 900 pixels , then you should be able to down load it ,I had to do that to get pics of mine on hear hope that helps scott,

well I did find a battery that comes with the acid ,so I guess I can use it as back up an not put the acid in it until there is failer if any I may just in spring run the 12ah was 33.00 I like to shop for best bargain ,an I did not want to get one was already activated ,then I can keep the 9ah as a back up ,I did see the helix uses the 12ah ,an I though the fact my seller was offering the 12ah for 49.99 ,is why I desided to get one an save a few bucks ,if anyone want to know who I got it from an the # ,it is none activated like said ,yes bob the 7ah was a mistake. I relize they come with 9ah now an the Honda of 2009 takes the 12ah ,an that I will be puting power outlet in to

oh yes i see I will right that down thank you I doing ebay I sell jewelry on ebay ,I was looking at 12ah they say is for the Honda reflex,an they 14ah as well an both same size as ours , mabey the 9ah in ours is under poweredas well as the power regulater ,I had the option to upgrade more powerful battery ,for 49.99 but I declined that ,I did upgrade to the epa approved carb adjustable ,wow no wonder I know getting of topic hear isee the healight 35watts i see an 18 watt for 8,95 ,I did find him is there part#s I need to know about for headlight taillight an turn lights ,I may get the 12ah for 33.00 an have it ,a 35 watt healight no ownder there having charging problems ,that is near a 3rd the batterys power 120watts ,I think the fact that I plan on running a power inverter I should move up to 12ah ,though I am sure it want hurt to change the bulbs,an putting a different stereo underseat an speaker on trunk in back I seen one on youtube thank you sir 8-|I like that one

I think I like your idea about just getting another back up battery to carry around ,they got one similar to the one in them 25.98 free shipping 12v 7ah,my guess is it seem this site seems to be saying they can get you any part for these scooters ,I guess everyones busy on the holiday week ,happy holidays to you ,an yes seem we have a fine cooling system ,I am looking into the lights an led an whear everyone is getting them ?let me know how the fan works out ,that way I can tell if mine is 8amp ,I guess I would change mine too ,if it was that easy though nothing is easy sometimes ,thanks ellpee

so I learned from this thread anyone with the newer jonway 244cc with the radiator in the front its A + to seems to have helped the cooling issues some have with it under the seat ,if you get any leaking is probley the overflow ,an don't overfill it seems to be the answer an if you ever have to take part ,I recomend making I hole in the plastic pan ,to allow it to drain for any further reasons ,+ one gets to see whats in there an what is loose an any missing screws nuts or bolts ,  |

hello ellpee if you look close at the pic of mine that clamp cheap one you talk about I have seen hold gas line on my generator,did you look close to see if there is one at the other end at the top like you see on mine click on the pic it gets bigger to see,I did not have one dangleing from the end a clamp that is . that goes no where,so like you see what I did was drill hole to allow it to hang out ,just mabey its not attached at the top the clamp ,I may be wrong an probley am ,would love to see pics of it apart,yes like I said you can see mine is full an it was so full when I first ran it was leaking now no leaks,i was told to keep the bottle hallway full to 3/4ths now that my hose it haning out an most will run on the ground ,an going to take few ounces out
