Congrats on the new windshield-the wider windshield might also keep the bugs from coming in around the side--I got hit last summer just above the glasses on my temple by a big bug that came at the windshield and detoured around the side and into my face ..it hurts and a bigger one might have unseated me---happy trails,fflintstone---and Merry Christmas and happy Birthday

Saving this link for sure. Not going to invest $100+ now, but if anything happens to my Roketa windshield this looks like a great replacement.

I am 6ft4 so I am not sure a taller one works for me ,I guess anything deflecting the wind above my head is good I don't like the wind right in my face when rideing long trips ,i will try the stock one first ,yes seems like a lot but if your takeing long trips,i think the scooter looks cooler with no wind shield I wont put it on until bug season ,I got the face shield on helmet though on cooler days fogs up fast ,just keep it tipped open ,,I wont trust the scooter for long ride until after 300 miles or more then again I am just scoot around town kinda guy 30 mile round trip to town

I use a half helmet and safety glasses and I have a full face helmet with faceshield. The bugs down here will put out an eye with no prob. I wear a helmet no matter the distance of the trip....enjoy the ride.. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year....

Oh yeah-always helmet--and your bugs should not mate with our bugs --it would be a major disaster ,since our bugs are not only ballistic but have homing devices that aim for your face and your bugs are Texas bugs and everything in Texas is BIGGER..we would then have BIG bugs with radar--disaster..happy trails, ride safe, fflintstone

Yea the first thing I got was a GIVI windshield when I saw JRs on his 250s. My Trikes body is actually a 250 just like JRs 250 except they put in a 150 motor(BUMMER). That is why I had the 62BBK and 60mm Stroker crank put in plus a lot of other mods(HEHE). The Trike is heavy and they should have left the 250 motor in it in my opinion. But I am very satisfied with it after the BBK moves out smartly. Alleyoop
