Still asking if they are 50cc or 150cc scoots Different wiring diagrams but very similiar or are they actually MOPEDS with pedals or are they SCOOTERS? I don't know why people call scooters MOPEDS, a MOPED has a MO=MOTOR and PEDS=PEDALS. If you don't know put up pictures of them use this HOST to post pictures it is free and easy to use: 1. Also to get spark, the flow is Stator, Pickup Coil, CDI, Coil, Boot Cap, Plug Also the motor has to be grounded to the frame otherwise no spark also if the scoot has a Killswitch it has to be on the run position and If a Sidestand Kill switch it has to be up. But to eliminate all that pooper scoopers just take the KILLWIRE off the CDI and see if it spark. If it does then the CDI is being grounded. Alleyoop

The best upgrade to make on a scooter is to add a Flux Capacitor You mean one like this Alleyoop

I agree, back in 2009 after I got mine I complained about certain things and they would ask for pictures and I even drew a design on how to permanently stop the axles from moving out but they went with the floating rings instead. My idea was to extend the Worm gear sleeve out onto the round part of the axle and put a screw in pin through the sleeve and a threaded hole in the axle about 1/4 of an inch wouldn't take much and with an access hole in the axle tube so you could take the pin out if you had to pull the axles out if needed. Well the next best thing to do is Take the "C" clip out and get a big washer and fit it in between the "C" clip and against the bearing. Alleyoop Like this: You may need to dremel some of the inside of the washer so the HUB fits. But that will hold the axle in.

Did you get an axle like this with the floating ring to hold the axle in? see the Two bolts on each side about 6 inchs from each end of the ax;e. Alleyoop My 150 Trike also has the Floating Rings to hold in the axle held on with two bolts on each side.

Wheezy in your case your carb if what you say is happening it is flooding and you many not realize it but fuel is getting into the venturi and causing to much fuel to be sucked into the motor. Alleyoop

Leaving one that long without starting the littl bit of gas in the carb bowl evaporates so it take some cranking to get the gas flowing and filling up the carb bowl. A way to prime a carb that has been sitting for a long time without having gas running through it is use the OVERFLOW hose that is at the top of the carb it is about 2 inchs long BENT down. Bend that up and pour about 1 1/2 oz of gas down it and then try to start it. Alleyoop
