Yea what you can do is take the FUEL hose off the carb and put it in a container and crank it until NONE ORANGE gas comes out. Alleyoop

OPen the Drain screw on the bowl and see if fuel comes out. Then leave it open and crank the motor over and see if fuel still comes out which would mean the PETCOCK and or Fuel pump is working and the carb is filling up. If so then close the drain screw and your problem is most likely the tiny holes by the butterfly are clogged and need to be cleared out. Alleyoop

It is really a shame that ICE BEAR does not require Actual Manuals for the MOTORS AND TRIKE section from the Outfit that makes the trike part. I am sure the place that puts the trikes together they buy the 2 wheelers from someone else and then take them apart and slap on the Trike section so all we get is the Manual of the TWO WHEEL SCOOT it was made from. There is nothing out there about the MOTOR and or TRIKE part. That they leave it up to the buyers to find out what is what. Alleyoop

Well if it has its own drain plug it must have its own fill plug. Mine is a little different it has a hole drilled into the two chambers and the oil shared. Alleyoop

It could just be the U piece that moves the shaft left and right some earlier versions the U piece bent. But the one that might be able to get a diagram would be JIM from RAPIDREPAIR he is an authorizied Ice Bear Dealer. Alleyoop But this may be what may be wrong with it, it moves the shaft back and forth to engage the forward and reverse: MY Shifter is on top but I am sure on yours it is just on the side and it may be the same.

Since it happens when you sit on it do this, it has to be a wire unneath the FUSE box so start it up and with your hand go under the fuse box and touch the wires and giggle them I will bet you will find it right away. Don't forget when you sit on it that hold part moves down.

Well it is obvious that one of the wires to the fan is getting pulled when you sit on it so follow the wires from the fan one will will be a ground and the other will go to the TEMP SENSOR on the motor. If that is all good then follow the wire from the SENSOR to wherever it goes and that should be it. Alleyoop

The Battery put it on charge does your scoot have a volt meter on it? Do you have a multi meter to test the battery? If so start the scoot and check your battery with the VOLT METER and rev it up and see if the Reading on the volt meter go up to say at least 13+ volts with the rpms up at least 4-5k.
As far as your fuel gauge maybe you connected the wires wrong try switching them. Alleyoop

Did you ride it during the two days and for how long? The charging system on these scoots is not the best and if you just rode it for a short period of time the battery would not get charged up especailly if you stop here and there and shut it off and restarted it. Starting the scoots takes a lot of juice out of the battery also headlights. So what say you. Alleyoop

Was gram weights did you put in and what are DOC WEIGHTS?? The Clutch should grab the bell when the RPMS are over 2000 RPMS which is causing the motor to try and move the weight with hardly no power. So something is wrong when you took the clutch off did you check the SPRINGS holding the Clutch pads? The clutch springs may be broken or where they grab may have broken off and they will be thrown out to grab the bell with very little centrifigual force. Alleyoop

Here is the TEMP SENSOR ON THE MOTOR: Which is probably bad that is why the guy put in a direct 12v to the fan. The way it works is one wire always has 12v and when the temp gets to a certain degress it makes contact with the other wire and sends 12v to the fan. Alleyoop
