In reply to your prob with the flashers. I believe that it takes a special flasher unit to make the LED's work properly. It is called a no load flasher and I have ordered one off Ebay to correct my LED prob. Mine flash too fast and I have not replaced the front bulbs yet. Maybe when I get the stop and turn to work at the proper rate. This is the one I used from Autozone

Well I can tell you they are all basically the same. (They all do the same thing) But they do not all look the same. I was working on my scooter and I had taken mine out of the holder to run a wire or something and for got to put it back. Well it ended up between the frame and triple tree and crushed had to replace. I went and picked up one at Autozone and wired in.

I have a volt Meter on every one of our Scooters. Very worth While to be able to monitor how the scooters are charging.

Well since you are dealing with a YY250T and they are known for less of a charging system. Going HID is One of the best options out there. You get way brighter lights than halogens and you are drawing way less than the brightest Halogen you can buy. Cruiser has posted a good link to an upgrade and if you do a bit of digging you would also find my upgrade thread also.

Ok did you get them going? I had this issue to begin with also. Did not really have to replace the Relay at all. Found out that Chiniese QC is not allways that good as they do not always pay attention to polarity on the bulb wires when they install them at they were backwards. I had to change the wires around on mine for the front signals. I would check that out if they still are not working for you.

If it is like my 2009 yes it is in the front by the horn under the front plastic. If you have small arms you can reach it without taking off the plastic. On the right side of the bike in the front.
