I have the mc-54-250b roketa, I have mine set intake .004 and exhaust .006 I would check your needle jet to see if its in correct, discovered mine wasn't, the spring was not on the needle, maybe the clip on the needle came off. (fix mine and what a difference in performance) make sure that diaphragm seal properly, that will make a big difference

How does it idle, mine had a rough idle and stalling at stop signs, Turned out to be a my main spring in my clutch was weak, (it had my clutch still egauged in low speeds and stops) replaced it, problem solved.

I too think it's a great looking scoot, to me that's my ultimate dream scooter (maybe someday), but I love the scoot I have now She runs good and I have over 12,000 miles on her.

I even tried to recommend them to this sight and somehow they take scooter professor name out of the pm that I sent

Welcome to the forum molly, when changing motor oil be careful, as you loosen bolt there is a spring in there and a little screen, sometimes putting it back together can be tricky

I have a mc-54-250b roketa scooter, the front brakes are hard to squeeze, I thought I read that it was because of the short distance of the cable to brakes.

I'm still having an issue with starting scoot, (when cranking, it will start and run 2 seconds and shuts off, after cranking 4, 5 time it starts) by times my idle drops down to 1000rpm's and I have to keep reving it, idle is running rough, I'm wonder if that intake has something to do with the idle going up and down?
After it start the idle is high about 2100 and then it will down sometimes to 1500, but as it warming up, it does go back up to 1900rpm's.
