This thing sux lol. Problem after problem.... it fell over and ripped the tube from the carb to the air box. wouldnt idle. bought a pod filter. starts up idles.. sweet. ride 2 miles on the way to business meeting for work.... its ruuning great like the new filter and she dies.. im doin 40 and she just turned off. pulled over and notta. nothing at all. i checked everything franticly EXCEPT the fuse. was 30 mins late to the meeting. thought about the fuse at work. i went to the bike via a friend in a car and it was dark i looked at the fuse and it seemed under moonlight to be blown. Swapped it out and guess what.... NO ******* keys!!!!! left them on the desk at work. friend didnt wanna go back. So my scoot at this point may still not even start. im gonna go by tonight. i pray its there.... would the filter have messed anything up? i really thought when i invested all i had in this awsome scoot w/ 300 miles i could trust it but at this point it has left me hanging too many times....... i have some thinking to do i guess

I checked everything. The only thing I could find was a small hole in the rubber tube from the air filter to the carburetor. And I don't think that's causing the problem. I turn the idle up and miss work for a little while. But then the bike started dying at idle again. I am going to go home and toy with it some more.

it will run if I started in give it gas in keep it going. But as far as I don't even goes no way. Solo for on its side pretty hard while I was standing up I don't know how but it just happened unfortunately. Anyways I'm sure it's a carburetor problems but I have to go to bed as I need to be at work really really early and I have to have it working. Any ideas right off the bat did you know if I'll be reading this early in the morning thank you

So I thought I may have a tire pressure issue. but i played with it for hours and found I am happy with it and my front end feeling loose was the sam no matter what i did to the tires. It feels like the tire/wheel is moving (just barely) and the handle bars are not. like there is some play. i checked parked and doesn't seem to move at all. I thought it could be wind but ive been riding for months in bad wind and didnt feel this. i only feel it over 40mph. any ideas. its got me scared to ride

my issue which took 4 months to figure out (and brand new 11 pole stator RR and new harness off ebay) turned out to just be a wire that was shorting because the mirror was smashing it when i would bolt it on. they get crushed pretty easy. already happened to the new harness also.

thank you Jr. Yes I'm confident now that I know my scooter inside and out and will not need to call on help anymore. Unless it comes to the stupid piece that is on the right side of the front wheel if you're facing the front of the bike. I think it to hooks up to the speedometer cable. It is cracked I don't know what it's called and I'm sure it's fine but I'd like to change it out anyways. I am about to change the CDI ignition coil and the starter relay. Got a good deal for 14 bucks for all 3 ships for free. Any who I wish I knew a little bit more about hooking up extra electronics. Now I have the 11 pole I'm not running much other than the headlights that are high powered .I'm sure that somehow I could fit a couple more things. I do have 2 light bulb wires that were supposed to going to the dash lights that were not used. They read about 12 volts each DC with the engine at idle. Can use be used to hook up a small radio or maybe a GPS? Thanks JR let me know what you think. Happy New Year to you also.

so ..... 1 block down the road after i said i fixed the issue they went out again. I have been so busy i havent had a second to mess with it. I went ahead and got a brand new complete 3 piece wireharness w/ connectors for an 11 pole stator / R/R (tail light harness, enginge harness and guage/ switch harness), an 11 pole stator, flywheel, and 11 pole R/R . I got all this for 100 shipped. everything is in brandnew condition and the harness connectors fits everything perfectly except the clock. there is no connector for that. I still need to put the stator on and finish putting the body back together but i will let yall know. I am hoping that with every wire on the bike new and all new electrical parts including cdi, starter relay, and igniton coil I wont have anymore wires short out =)

it was a loose ground connection at the connector where is the headlight system plugs into the stator. Basically what I did was I cut both connectors off and just soldered the wires together and boom head lights bright as hell real nice .... : : : :
