Check cpw, I did a drum to disk conversion. I missed the mirror mount on the master. Then found a mirror mount. . Now the head light switch won't seat correctly. I also had to grind some of the plastic around the lever. It good enough.

I would look to see if your getting any oil/water mix (head gasket) . Pull the plug and check , I maybe way off but no reason to leave a stone unturned . If you can see in the radiator see if you have flow . double check the cooling fan is spinning in the correct direction . use a garden hose and reverse flush the system .
I'm leaning toward burping .

Jr are you willing to ship to NY ? I go through 2 containers of strawberrys a week. Buleberry are great too. Will they ship well. Do you use pesticide?

On the scooter I converted to 11poll stator , I pushed the idle up to 2000 and it stays above 13vdc at idle with all the lights on .

yes you need it , with any luck someone will know where to get one . I have looked without luck or the price was out of line . A small engine repair place might be able to help .

ok what i know about transformers is when you increase the amps the voltage drops and vise versa when you use higher voltage the amperage drops down , when you lower the voltage the amperage goes up . A larger wire will have less resistance and will hold higher amperage . The idea high voltage for long runs using smaller wire . John |

ohms 1.3-1.5 yellow to green about 15vac yellow to yellow 20-25vac yellow to yellow reved up 40-60vac all readings taken with stator unpluged 3 yellows and green , everything else was pluged in . It looks to me based on the readings you made versus mine your stator is defective . I have the stator ready to ship I would have a regulator on handif I were you PM me for a price .
