The cable is to the top and the mixture screw ison the right of the idle screw. How much do i turn it out if i have it all the way in. It is so hard to crank when it is cold, makes me think the choke not working. If you or anyone have any more ideas to get this bike running good let me know. a guy told me the bike will do this if the crank seals are bad, is this true?

hello i have a 202t 50cc scooter my piston and cylinder was scratched i was getting 94lbs when i checked the compression. I changed the piston and the cylinder, cleaned the tank and the carburetor. The bike is running rough the starter don't start the bike so i kick start it. the starter just turns over but don't start the bike that is another problem. it takes about 20 kicks to get started. I also changed the intake boot. i removed all screws to the carb so i don't know how many turns the air intake screw should be. i can ride the bike but it will idle up and down and sometimes shut off. It also has a new plug, i put to much time in this bike to be a 2 stroke please help ready to give up on this thing. thanks. Ernest

I checked the continuity on the diode and my meter did not read, so i jumped the two wires at the plug and my head lights came on. I started the bike and the voltage went up. I looked for that part and i saw a relay for my bike on scooterparts4less is that the same thing. If so can i use a 5 pin relay.
