hello my yy250t scooter not charging the battery. someone told me to check my ground wire to the battery, at first no continuity i sanded the frame where the green wire was mounted and got continuity. I install a new battery and rode the bike about a hour or two. I stop and went into the store, came back out and the bike didn"t want to start but i waited about 20 sec and it started then I shut it down. It didn't start back up so a guy checked the battery and it was low. He said the battery was dropping voltage while running. I got it home and checked for voltage at the rectifier and the black wire was 12 volts the red and grn didn't show no voltage, The yellow wires coming out the starter was also no voltage. please help no clue......
