2003 50cc moskito scooter doesn't have any spark. changed the cdi box. I don"t know how to test the wires or the coil, i know its has to be one of them. The bike only has 2000 miles on it. please help p.s. do anyone know the the values when you test a coil and how to test a coil. thanks

Could be the coil but also could be the stator not supplying voltage to the CDI? Finding any information on this scooter is tough. Do you have a manual with a wiring diagram? If not then I'm going to go by things I know common on two strokers.
I need to know how many wires and the colors from the stator. Same thing on the CDI, how many wires to it and their colors.
Now testing a coil is very unreliable but on a lot of coils for two strokers you test the primary and secondary coil resistance. Primary coil resistance will probably be between 0.15 to 0.19 ohms.
Secondary coil resistance will be 7 to 10 ohms.

You said you changed the CDI and there are different styles on 2 strokes. So did you buy the exact same CDI as the one you replaced? I really am confused as to what you're saying about the stator.
I need pictures of all the wires from your stator, each one and the colors of each plug.
Then I need the same of the CDI how many wires on it, how many plugs.
It sounds like to me you didn't get the right CDI? Also some of the wires on the stator go to the R/R.

Ok like I've said been gone and will be back by this evening. Your new CDI is apples to apples and should just plug in. Now since I see your wires I can tell you what to test for. The 4 plug is wires going to the R/R and autochoke and will have nothing to do with the scooter running.
So get the volt meter out and set it on AC volts and put one lead on the single black/red wire from the engine stator and the other lead to ground and turn the engine over. You should get 50Vac+. This feeds the CDI. Now the single blue/yellow wire from the stator is the CDI signal pulse wire and again set the meter on AC and test it with the engine turning over. You will get as little as 0.5Vac and as much as maybe 2Vac.
If these check out and the new CDI you bought is good and you find no bad wires or connections then more that likely it's the coil. One thing we can check is the engine kill wire also, if it's grounded out or the kill switch is stuck in the closed position then the CDI will send voltage to the coil.
I'll ask you a question? Does the single black/white wire from the CDI plug into the yellow/black to the coil? If so the orange wire is the kill wire. If the orange wire goes to the coil then the black/white is the kill wire.
Which ever one of these wires goes to the coil the other one is the kill wire. Simply unhook which ever one that is the kill wire and then test the scooter for spark by turning the engine over. If this lets the engine spark and run then we got to find out what the problem is.
It's either a bad kill switch/key switch or it's grounded out somewhere?
