Thanks for the replies. It ended up being the inline fuse, which I checked many times. The metal tabs that hold the fuse were loose. I am going to change it out.

Hi Folks, Electrical issues are a major problem for me. For the past month, when we turn the ignition key on, sometimes the system would power up and other times not. Times when there was no power, we would just keep turning the key to the off position let it sit for a few second then back to the on and eventually we would get power. As of yesterday, it is DOA . I checked the new batter from two weeks ago and it registers 12.80 volts. I checked all the fuses and fuse connections. Removed the rear plastics, and pulled the main ground screw, sanded all paint, then reattached the bolt. Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!

Yep it's sticking closed on you. Now the good old burp comes into play. JR So air in the system will cause the switch to stick close ? Or are you meaning when I drain the system to change the switch.

[replyingto=kczukiman]kczukiman[/replyingto]JR, You was right on the money. I pulled the two wire connectors off of the switch and crimped the contacts the reattached them. Then separated them as much as I could. Turned the key and no fan running. Thanks for the help,my wife is now a happy camper !

[replyingto=kczukiman]kczukiman[/replyingto]Well, I forgot these dang things have a fuse box under the seat. I took the battery cover off and there she was in all her glory. It was a blown fuse. Thanks for the responses.
