Hi all, I just purchased a Jonway YY250T 244cc for my wife,(Red of Course) , she is graduating from her 5 year stint with her Lance Vintage 150cc. For some reason she has no running lights. Brake lights work fine. Should I be looking for a ground issue ? Thanks, Dave

Up here in the KC area we received a decent amount from issac. 2-8 inches depending on the area. Still 20+ inches down for the year.

Put it all back together, did a quick after break down detail cleaning on it and took it for a ride. Its running great. Good take of and top end. Now what fixed it ? The roller weights new belt or heet in the gas tank (Bad Gas) ? ?Lol one of those three take your pick. Thanks for all the replies. I once again have a happy wife!

Ok, I just done a vacuum test between manifold and carb. At the best carb ajustment the needle sputterd between 21-25. Couldnt get a steady needle. Is this ok ?

In the past 8 years we have owned several scooters,Quads, motorcycles, and have accumilated a lot of stuff, a carb being one of many items. So I threw it on just to see if it made any difference. After doing different adjustments to the other carb.

Due the heat I haven't been opening the garage door except to put the bike in and out from work. I did read a thread on putting the bike on the center stand and holding the rear brake while reving to the rmp that the sputter is happening for 30 seconds. It did work. Don't know for how long.

Still waiting for cooler weather befor opening the garage door. 104 is too hot. I did for the heck of it put a new belt and 12g rollers on . no change. If this turns out to be bad gas? Vacuum check on hold

Shortest route possible with the Vacuum lines. Short from the Intake manifold to the "T" or "Y" and short to the ACV Diaphgram on the other side of the carb and then to the Petcock or Fuel Pump. Alleyoop Thanks !

Did you get an extra "t" to get into the vac line . Some extra hose too. John it came with a tee and I have plenty of hose here. What is the best way to hook it up ?
