Richard if you have the 257cc version Scrappy does not sell the correct coil. We ordered one and it was the wrong size. Not sure about his coil for the Moto 244cc.

Lol, hey so if i choose to shorten the harnes as is right now. best way just solder wires together and heat shrink right? That is exactly what I would do.

This is the bulb socket in my Jonway. This is with the HID installed in that socket. This is the Plug wiring Diagram. All you need to is get a plug that matches. Or Wire your High and Low in to the HID harnes.

The only mod I had to do was to the wire socket. That was to get it so that the Hi and low Beam socket would work with the supplied HID harnes.

Well it is not significant but it is a help. The Tail/Brake light tail light is 5 watt on all time and Brake Light is 10 Watt intermittent. So going to LED would save you 5 Watts X2 saving 10 Watts of full time use bulbs. So yes would be good to change out to LEDs. Since you are with LED you would end up being Less than 1 Watt constant Usage. With the Honda clone any Savings is a Plus.

Jack My parts problem was with the Vendor Evo Sales who I bought my bike from so please do not think I meant I got wrong parts from a decent parts supplier. That being said let get your bike running.
Ok with this style Cylinder you do not need to use a ring compressor the sleeve in the head is beveled so as you put it on it compresses them for you put a bit of lube around the edge of the rings and piston and slide the head on work your fingers all the way around and it will slide right on. Up until last year I had never worked on a motor to this extent and now I am going to be doing a top end on my other scooter this spring. I am not one bit afraid to do it. and last year I was a nervous WRECK. Seriously I had my whole motor apart on the Bench for well over 5 months waiting on a company to get me what I needed under my warantee and still had to purchase most of the parts myself to do the job right. I never thought I would get it back together right but I did now it runs great. Better than it did when it was NEW.

Well It may not be that bad. Gaskets are fairly cheep for this motor. And even if it was a cracked Head you can get the whole top end rebuild with Piston and sleeve for under $150 bucks. Plus on this motor you can do the Top End with out having to take the motor out of your scooter. I completely rebuilt my motor last year and it was really not that bad at all. Would have been better had the dealer I was dealing with had sent me the correct parts I needed to fix mine but that is another story.
