Thanks for the info JR, I'll check into my area for those local farm co-ops, I always had I garden and enjoyed being outside, my gran daughter help me plant corn a couple years ago, and I love to grow Lima beans the kind that vine, they are my favorite, and love those potatoes, and of course tomatoes, What I haven't made in few years is Dried Corn (love it) cook about 5 doz ears of corn, cut it off cob onto a flat steamer that goes on top of the stove, takes about 6 to 8 hours to dry it, but it is so good, (pack it away for winter)

Hi alleyoop, I just remember the time I was having trouble bogging after I cleaned my air filter with hot soapy water, someone on another forum said that cleaning it that way was a no, no that I should of used kerosene, or some sort of carb cleaner, so I thought to ask the question.

JR, Glad your starting to get around making a list, that should keep you busy, I also love that kind of cedar wood, I think it smell sooo good My grandfather (passed years ago) use to make porch swing also. I use to have a pretty big garden myself until we had that tomato plight, (got me discouraged, so I didn't plant anything for the last couple years) my Dad passed a couple years ago and left me his rototiller, so maybe I can get busy this year and have a garden (nothing like fresh veggies), but here I got to wait unto end of May

Here is how its set up, hose from fuel tank, to fuel filter, then hose from fuel filter to pump, then hose from pump to carb. (not filter from pump to carb) could that be the problem? since I turn 1/4 turn out on th a/f screw, I did notice that my scoot fired first crank this morning.

Hi alleyoop, my fuel filter hooks in that hose to pump, then hose from fuel pump to carb, sometimes up hills or a long steady climb it will choke, today tried to take scoot to town and it seems as you start getting on it, it chokes, (it seems different then to lean or rich, it just shuts off like no gas) so I did turn the a/f screw out 1/4 turn, didn't test drive yet. But after I turn the a/f out the fuel filter looks fuller. (now I never did replace that foam filter yet, don't know if that has anything to do with this?)
