Found the problem alleyoop, my intake clamp was loose, tighten it up and started scooter and idle came down after warm up.

That's what I thought too, thanks alleyoop I would love to buy a carb that the adjust screw would be on top or on the side mine is hard to adjust because I've done it too many time the slot on the screw is wide but off comes that plastic again

Hi ellpee, I had made some adjustments making the carb leaner, it was acting up before I lift it seat waiting for my left switch assembly, now since the whether is changing maybe needs to be richer.

Hey guys, back on the road again, bad news I'm having an high idle problem, check choke cable and I have about 1/4 slack, I have MC-54-250B scooter, first start it idles around 22-23 rpms but won't go down After warm up, I turn it down it stays the same). I'm thinking I'm either too rich or lean.

I want to adjust my headlights on my MC-54-250B scooter, (got my left switch assembly installed and working) I'd like to know the up or down, is clockwise bring the lights up or down (I know I stupid question, I have a hard time seeing) after installing the 35w bulbs the low beams look good except they need turned up, the high beams when on show it as big circle and shadows, can someone help

I finally got the right left switch assembly today it is the 6 pin, only could get it through .roketa.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">.roketa.com, the next thing is to put it back together but before I do that I need to adjust my headlights can anyone here help me the the proper way of doing that

You shouldn't have to take glove box out, all you need is the front cone off.

I've had mine off more times than I can count, usually you have to take windshield off first, then all the screws holding fairing front too. it is a pain.

Hi ellpee, yeah I'd discover that when I took the whole switch out, I tried to find it like I usually do (on ebay0 well not this time, this is the first time since I bought my scooter that I bought from roketa.

Hey JR, yes I have a separate wire for the brake switch, it's on the control, u have all functions, now there is a separate wire connector to a round thing, thinks it's 2 pin.
