Hey guys, got my starter solenoid relay, put it on and adjust my valves, replaced all vacuum lines and tried to start, but all I'm getting from the new relay is a humm, what's going on?

Hi everybody, it's been awhile since I've been on here, last year i restored. a 1981 xs650 special yamaha, (second motircycle) but I've never lost my love for scooters, recently I see one that needed rescued, a 2008 wildfire 150cc, the ad said won't start, I bought it for 300. And tore it apart last night, all the vacuum hole are shot and it clicks when try to start, I think it needs a solenoid relay, I had a 250cc roketa scooter, this is a little different, I'll try to post some pics soon.

I had the same scooter, got $750.00 for it. had almost 20,000 miles on it.

Update: My scooter is sold, (this was not easy for me, but hoping to buy another scooter in the near future), so don't write me off yet, I'll be back. Just had an opportunity to buy another motorcycle (1981 650 Special Yamaha, in mint condition).
