Do you have a headlight switch? If you do not have a headlight switch but the headlights come on with the key, then it sounds like you have a short in the wiring.

JR I want to thank you for the help , no one seems to know much about these You're welcome but that's not so here. We have sevearl owners of your scooter and the man who just replied Cruiser has your exact scooter as far as style and engine. Mine is the style but the linhai engine. Cruiser and I both worked on these diagrams and they are true and correct. He asked you an important question, does your scooter have a on/off headlight switch? If not then as he stated you have a short or a wire crossed in the system. This is an important piece of information and do you have a fuse box with four fuses under the seat? We need to know that and know your engine for sure. JR

2007 jonway yy 250 t the yellow wires from stator ac volts is about to 40 to 50 at idle and at 5 k was about 95 to 100 i may be off a little on the idle, when i had the bike running while checking the ac votage i noticed an oil leak its was the oil pipe fitting at the front lower banjo bolt the large one,so i tryed to tighten it up more and stipped, have a new bolt and washers comming but not sure it will do, it has a fuse box wires has been modified they have the yellow from one side of the fuse box that was for the lights connected to a hot wire when ya turn on the key and the other brown going to nothing just taped, so i checked the diode with the ohm meter shouldnt it go though one way and switch leads but not the other ?

A good diode will give the results you described. I would guess you had an open or high reading in both directions? If this is the case, your battery will not be getting charged. The normal path for the charging current is through the blocking diode when the engine is running. The modified wiring at the fuse box is the reason the lights come on with the key and it sounds like the lights are now not fused. If a short occurs in the light circuit, you will fry some wires unless the main fuse blows.

Cruiser has hit the nail on the head and the high AC reading is also from the fact that the lights are now on the battery circuit and not the stator itself.
Don't know why it was altered but you need to get the fuse box back in order, get the lights back on the stator and replace the diode then all will be well.
If the fuse box is not good or not repairable, either replace the whole box or use individual blade fuse holders on each circuit. You now know what's going on and with replacement of the diode and the lighting circuit repared all will be well.

still not sure why the three yellow wires at the stator that one of them has a jumper wire connected to it not sure where it goes according to the wiring diagram it goes to liquid adding valve what is that ?

The extra wire feeds the auto enricher or choke (liquid adding valve.)

WOW!! now they are calling the ENRICHER the Liquid Adding Valve!! Stuff like that really will confuse someone not familiar with the wireing. Alleyoop

Yep! The diagram calls stuff like the autochoke, the liquid adding valve. You're on the right track now. Sounds like someone really messed with the wiring.

ok getting closer to fixing the wiring problem ,but now back to that stripped oil banjo bolt at the front lower oil pipe fitting "large bolt" of the engine , the oil pipe that feeds top end . I have a new bolt and copper washers comming anything else i should do ? tap , sealer ? case hole may be stripped
