Okay the back ground is my scooter died 3 weeks ago while riding home. I never had an issue with charging ,lights or anything else Prior. The scoot has 4000 miles on it and I am the only owner I had a no spark condition. I found the pole on the stator that provides the power for spark went bad. Replaced Stator, Bike ran great for 2 days no issues. Now my lights don't work? Replaced R/R with one from Scrappy Dog Scooters. All my lights came on really bright and when I revved it one time they blew out. All of them. Next replaced R/R with one from Monster GY6. My bike Charged at 15vdc (wrong) my lights barely worked and if I revved the engine the lights would cut off? From the Stator I have 17 volts ac from the yellow wire 14 vac from the white while disconnect from the system At the R/R I have 2.5vac on yellow when disconnected (is that correct?) I have about 40vac on the white when disconnected (is that correct?) Connected I have around 6vac but it drops off to 2vac on the yellow I have around 20 to 22vac at the white
Also I am unsure and maybe this is my problem the yellow wire that goes to the r/r show zero ohms to ground when I do a continuity test. I know yellow runs the lights and you will read continuity through a light bulb so I am unsure about this one.
Please HELP!!!!!

Nice going Saber Good Job, what did you pick up on the top end was it about 6-8 mph? Alleyoop I ended up with 4 mph on flats but if I hit a down hill I would get 6 mph so my top speed ended up being 60 to 62 mph on my gps. With dropping the weights and adding the yellow main spring it put my RPM's right at 7000 rpm WOT.

That was the case for me. I had 13/40 stock and went to a 15/38 set up also dropped my weights to 9 gram sliders and installed the yellow 1500 main clutch spring. With my set up i increased my acceleration and added top end to GPS 62 mph. Instead of a press I used a pulley puller to push out an re install the small gear only took about 30 minutes from start to test ride.

Thanks for the reply. I put the 125 jet in and did a test ride but haven't had the time to do another plug chop. Work Plus Kids equals no free time. I plan on doing the test again tomorrow. If it still comes out dry black I don't own a 122 jet but I have a 120 so I guess I will skip a size and go with that. If I don't have a coffee brown color after that check then I will have to order another jet kit.

So I am downgrading my exhaust to something a little more quite. Mostly for my wife who complains when I fire the scooter up at 4am for my daily commute. Anyway. I have a Uni Filter a 130 jet and used to have a wide open 2" Muffler. I went to a Tune Pipe I got off Ebay and I installed the silencer that it came with so it has about a 3/4" opening at the end of the pipe now. My Test I cleaned the plug Installed a 127 jet warmed the bike up and did a couple of test runs on my street in front of my house to make sure I would have time enough to kill the motor and stop in time. I then set the bike up at the end of my street and WOT until a count of 12 One Thousands and hit the kill switch and locked down the brakes. I maintained about 6800 rpms through the whole ride and got up to about 40 mph. My Results The plug came out dry but black like charcoal around the ring and on the ground. The insulator was still clean. Still Rich (RIGHT?) So I installed my 125 jet but before I re run the test. DID I DO IT RIGHT??
Thanks
