Okay the back ground is my scooter died 3 weeks ago while riding home. I never had an issue with charging ,lights or anything else Prior. The scoot has 4000 miles on it and I am the only owner I had a no spark condition. I found the pole on the stator that provides the power for spark went bad. Replaced Stator, Bike ran great for 2 days no issues. Now my lights don't work? Replaced R/R with one from Scrappy Dog Scooters. All my lights came on really bright and when I revved it one time they blew out. All of them. Next replaced R/R with one from Monster GY6. My bike Charged at 15vdc (wrong) my lights barely worked and if I revved the engine the lights would cut off? From the Stator I have 17 volts ac from the yellow wire 14 vac from the white while disconnect from the system At the R/R I have 2.5vac on yellow when disconnected (is that correct?) I have about 40vac on the white when disconnected (is that correct?) Connected I have around 6vac but it drops off to 2vac on the yellow I have around 20 to 22vac at the white
Also I am unsure and maybe this is my problem the yellow wire that goes to the r/r show zero ohms to ground when I do a continuity test. I know yellow runs the lights and you will read continuity through a light bulb so I am unsure about this one.
Please HELP!!!!!

There are some variations to the 4ppin regulater . This is why I would like to see a pic of it .

have a good used 8 pole stator and reg of the flat 4 pin style if you would like the stator and r/r need to match up or they will not work right

IN1 = yellow IN2 = white OUT = red GND = green Doesn't matter at this point your stator is bad. 2.5Vac on the yellow wire won't cut it, should be 40Vac just like on the white wire. You have the R/R wired correctly. JR

If I remember justbuggin pulled a working stator and regulator from his scooter . And upgradeed to 11pole stator and 7 pin regulator that he got from me . You going to need to open the flywheel and see if your stator is 6 or 8 pole .

Oem my stator was 8 pole I replaced it twice with an 8 pole. The first 8 pole I replaced it with had a yellow and white wire coming from it the second 8 pole just has 2 yellows. I know from what I've read my voltages are correct from my stator. I still have the question of should I be reading continuity to ground through the yellow wire that goes to the R/R?
