let the person haggle u down
that way he thinks he's getting a deal & is a good haggler
but u know u got what u wanted.
PLUS u need to do some homework. ;D
u NEED to find out the going prices in ur area.
here gee, people are trying to sell '06 49cc's for $1500 and up
USED with lots of miles.
but where u r , might find the going price for a 49cc is $600
see the difference ?
