i had this idea last week, when i was
tying to figure out & understand a VOM.
i woulda loved & paid for help.
heres my idea.
one of u GREAT mechs set up a on line scoot repair.
set up a skype type account
when a person needs someone to look over there shoulder
or such.
you can arrange a time for both to go on line
and 'skype' .
charge a price, thats in line with whats going on.
im sure it would work.

update 2.3.12monday the 27th he did pee
but then not again
so i took him to the dr. yesterday
he spent the night
they catheterized him
and things seem fine now
Better $463
1st thing he did when he got home was pee
so yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
just wanted to update u people who seem to care
oh and greg is going to send another puller
so once it get here we can see wtf is up with that magneto

my $.02
if u do a BBK, it is waiting to go.
the power etc u will put out,
may be to much for what u left stock,
ie... the shaft, etc etc
unless u r disciplined enough not to WOT all the time
i mean a 150cc is supposed to cruise all day at 45-50,
a 50 is made to do 30-35 all day
there is no replacement for displacement

yea after getting that reading
i was pretty sure it was toast
but
now
i cant get the puller to thread into the fly wheel
the threads on the end are sucky
and my car mech buffed it to see if we could get it in
it wont--so now cant even return it
AND well piggers is at the vet now
monday he did take a pee,
but then yesterday he called me to come watch
yea he talks to me.
lol
but hes there and probably gonna get anesthetized &
catheterized,
so im not even sure i can afford a new puller
yet .
now back to the other question
when they put the new engine in, last year,
they wouldnt have touched the flywheel, naw
i cant 'member 'em doing that
and now a new question
if i force that puller on change the stator etc
and then force the puller off
its all ruined then, huh

no i got her with 61 miles on her.
6774 now
oh i just thought of something
i had a new engine put in at 3100 miles
i blew the other 1, i was never good at checking oil,
but when its only 750 mls. ya gotta learn to ALL the time.
do u change flywheels when u change engines.?
if so,
i bet them idiots screwed it up.
heck they even mounted the shock wrong
and couldnt figure out why the fender was scrapping on the tire.
i saw what was wrong , they scratched their heads.
omg
if they screwed this up !!
but if u dont change the flywheel NEVER MIND--lol

ok
well got the flywheel puller this morning
was going to take the old one of the parts scoot
so when i got chrissy off i could see
if the magento / stator is the same
then i decided to just go ahead and take chrissy's off
but since i dont have a impact wrench
wheeled her down to my mech {car]
got the nut off easy as peeeezy
but my luck the fly wheel puller wont go on more than maybe 1 thread
this is the mech doing it
he's like well i can try to force it.
NOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooo
so he tried to clean up the threads on the puller a bit
but it just wont screw in more than a thread
YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA terri
is it really hard to get it on or should it just screw in easy pezzy??
well before we did any damage , we stopped.
Oh and guess what
PIGGERS CANT PEE AGAIN
im not playing with that anymore
vet at 8 am tomorrow.

just i got be fuzzled there for a couple
i just couldnt 'member how many lines went to that ground point
& it made me have to ask 2 or 3 ?
should get parts this week to take off flywheel
so maybe soon
