Ok it seems to be wet and alot of blue smoke ? maybe the plug is not firing while screwed inside ? choke was down it didnt fire at all and the spark plug im using is a NGK C7HSA but the other day i had the exhuast off while trying to start it and a flame came out of the cylinder head like a really tiny explosion ?

Ok JR thanks again I found a really good video on how to adjust the valves on these 110cc 4 strokes I'm gonna buy a feeler guage set in the morning and adjust the 2 valves ... She sure does fire lol fire came shooting out of the exhaust hole when it was off the cylinder head... I really hope it's not the piston or rings etc Could the valves stop it from starting though ?

its like a door i guess when you close it im assuming it stops air it is obviously sparking inside when i put some gas down the spark plug hole and put the spark plug back on and the exhaust still off a puff of fire came out like a very very very small explosion of fire came out also i watched the video on how to adjust the valves and when i went to do mine i got my feeler gauge to see if there was slight friction between the valve and valve stem and i couldnt even get the feeler guage between them ?? i found this if you like to see

when trying to start you could feel the vaccum when it was either open or closed not sure but great suction if that makes sense

Ok JR my sister bought this bike brand new not sure how long she had it for before she handed it to me but she told me it was running fine kids were having a blast then it just stopped she then had it in her shed for sometime and with the wiring it was hacked and loose wires were just hanging and also the starter motor was shot so thats why we rewired it and i brought a new harness that came with all the new cdi etc and i also bought new starter and a new stator and with the engine number i have it TZH152FMH 110cc alleyoop here are the photos of the manual carby both sides below with that popping sound it only started to make that noise when i took off the exhaust Also like i mentioned to JR if i squirt some gas down the spark plug hole and try to start it wouldnt it at least try to fire ?

No JR the valves have never been touched also it's a 110cc atomik raider there is numbers on the engine if you like I can get them but I can google the engine and no manual for it umm maybe buying a new engine cylinder head for it ? And I guess I gotta know how to set the timing correctly if that maybe the case

Still no luck JR new fuel etc checked kill switch test with spark plug all fine there now I don't know what ealse ? Does the solid green wire coming from engine need to be grounded ? I don't know lol just thinking Have fully charged battery good spark good compression fuel running through the carby Also I put my multimeter on the battery when trying to start it and it shows 11.48v but that is after attempts trying to start it . I also took the exhaust off where it connects near the spark plug and really dirty black I guess you could call it carbon build up in there maybe also makes a popping noise with exhaust off and trying to start it [Maybe no spark While in the spark plug hole because it maybe firing at the wrong time
