Ok JR i just gave my old carby a realy good clean out just thought id try and see what happened put it all back together and back on and tries to start still no luck BUT when i sprayed carby cleaner down the carby and tried to start it it was backfiring out where the air filter attaches to also sprayed some fuel down the spark plug hole and she was backfiring in the chamber ? has not backfired like this before since today also I spoke to my sister and she said the quad stopped because of wiring and in total the bike hasn't been started for the last 3/12 yrs

Ok thanks JR for some researching also when I take the flywheel off do need to remember the markings like for instance T ? Also JR I just want to confirm the solid green wires ok From negative side attached with the thick black wire that is grounded to the engine the solid green wire is going to the yellow wire up in the handlebar switch ok now I've got the SOLID GREEN wire spliced about half way connecting off to different parts of the motorbike Solid Green going to key switch Solid Green going to cdi Solid Green going to coil that is correct yes ?

Hi there JR I had a go getting the flywheel off but no luck , I was able to stop the flywheel from turning but was unable to budge the three Allen key bolts inside the flywheel and also was unsure how to take the large centre nut off as well . I haven't really done this kinda stuff before apart from the basics but I guess I'll give it another shot tomorrow and I'll try and buy a carby in the morning misses not to happy with me lol have spent quiet a bit of money on this quad like tools and I bought 2 harnesses for it 4 new tyres and bits and peices but I'm determined to get it going for my kids I mentioned a new motor to her lol no chance

With that video I don't have some of those special tools can I try with other tools lol
