That's the problem, when it's idling or the breather is on its OK, it's when I take it off and hit the throttle. I pulled the line off and cranked it and fuel came out but who knows at what pressure? So it seems as if it has decent vacuum so what next? Lol

Ok, here's something else to chew on. Lol, with the new 32mm carb on or the old one for that matter, when I take the air breather off the Scott will Rev to what ever I want it runs great but it runs out of fuel the filter goes dry and it dies then it starts back up after a few cranks.

New filter fuel lines and vacuum lines and filter is one the right way. It has always had this problem.

Can anyone tell me how much fuel is supposed to be in the fuel filter because mine has very little going thru it. And when it's cold it runs and excelerates great till its warmed up then it idles good but won't excelerate good anymore kind of like it's starving for fuel.

Ok, so update.. I found some vacuum leaks and fixed them. Scoot idles and runs a lot better. Now on the issue where I said it revs out at 6k I found that if you slowly excelurat it will go all the way to 8 or 9 I didn't take it that far but it will go. So now I'm starting to believe I have some sort of fuel issue weather it be a carb issue or fuel pump. Any input I would appreciate. Thanks so much again.

Should my rollers have grease on them because it's got a lot of grease in there.

The best I can do is 45 go 50 mph. But since I posted this I found some bad vacuum hoses and valve clearance was good. So hopefully that helps. I also put in new rollers so maybe the clutch?

Have a question fellas, I'm trying to understand how the cdi box works. Like mine says it's 9000 rpm but my scoot revs out at 6000, now my question is if I'm getting good blue spark at the plug what else does the cdi do other then Rev limiter? This is for my vog 260 by the way.

I think I might need a valve adjustment because mine runs good and takes off good but then falls on its face I top out at 45 I have to be going down a hill to go any faster. It's got like 2000 miles on it. It was like this since I bought it before the exhaust and all. Hopefully a valve adjustment does the trick. I don't think the last 2 people that owned it before me done anything to it.
