Just my luck. You can find a $20 scoot & get it to run.
I get a equivalent to a $100 scooter & can't get it run. :[ Somedays I feel machines don't like me…

Sorry, Alley. I know not to use pliers for that.
It's just that I get paid once a month. (SSI/disability)
& most of the time I have to work on tight shoestring buget.
& in frustration I get turned around & mess up. Which upsets me even more. _

Hey, Alley- Yeah fuel has been overflowing due to float needle getting stuck. Or It's being overpowered by the weight of the fuel in the oversized fuel line.
& there is no petcock valve. I have a pair of locking pliers on the line when not in use. ---- Anyway, I have to change out the l fuel line back to the smaller size.
Mostly, because this problem seems to have started when I up-sized the line.
So changing back to stock size should stop overbearing weight of fuel on the fuel float needle. _

tvnacman; I was referring to the point when a wire-harness has reached the point of "complete replacement". That it would be fun to do as I previously stated. _

I was trying at keeping the case from finishing on splitting into two. & thought sence I'm fixing it. Why not try to make it look more appealing & functional in the cooling area.
So I added fake stitches with steel-wire, Drew a pattern out for cooling, then drilled. Wrapped some steel-wire on the cooling snorkel, & Finally brushed parts with a brass brush to give a little color against the black. ______________________
So if anyone has something they done/had-done to a part/s of there own/freind's scoot post'em here! _

Hi. Anybody here put a personal Artwise touch on a part/s of your scoot? The artistic side of me sometimes takes advantage of the moment when cleaning/repairing something. & I end up with something fun & sometimes is good too. - Something like this: - - _

Heck, I'd love to take a completed wire modded scoot.
& copy the wire-harness with mods, upgrade to better water-proof connectors, thicker gauge wire, a fuse block,
separate the basic engine-sys & Lighting/Accessory sys. wiring, finishing up into sleek clean wire harness.
In other words, a better, built from scratch, & simplified harnesses. _

At what place on the crank dose one "measure" the crank, to ensure its the correct size? - I want to be sure it's not going to be the wrong stroke length for the P-arm I'd like to put on it. _

I think Apt. Management might freak-out at the sight of this in my living room. Then ask me "How the heck I got this up to the 2'nd floor?!"

I have a few tools… The Apt. manager sighed when she first saw this in my dining area. All she asked was; is that attached to the wall?" Me; "No.., would like me to climb it to prove so..? Manager; "no…" _
