Thanks guys, I've fix it temporarily for now  I turned the bad side so it won't hit the bottom, replaced the bolt, added some washers inside and out, tighten it real tight  that's a good idea jct842, I'll check that out  Attachments:

I know I had trouble with mine about 1 1/2 years ago, got loud  I thought I blew it up  so we took it apart to adjust the valves, check the intake valve to adjust and found the nut came off, took bottom off and by luck the nut was in there. (Hey, you never know?) |

It could be a lot of different things, (that is where the full PDI comes in) what body style is your scoot, I've had my plastic panels off more times then I can count. Have you try putting scoot on center stand and crank it up and try to find where the sound is coming from?

All fixed went with this 90 degree valve stem this time, in the near future I am going with the 85 degree Enkei metal valve stems. Thanks for the info Attachments:
