I don't know what the problem was, but I stuck the trickle charger back on it and kept seeing that when I connected the Strickl charger the gauges would move a little I kept movin the terminals back & forth disconnecting the trickle charger and putting it back on till I saw my gauges return to normal and she started right up? What could be causing this problem

It's a brand new battery not even a month old. I haven't taken voltage readings. I will do that

Last night I took my scoot to the gym about a quarter mile away. Everything worked fine on the way there after the gym I went outside to warm up my scoot and when I pulled in the brake and pushed the starter button it made a weird sound then completely shut on all power to my scoot? Tail lights don't work when holding breaks. Non on my speedometer lights work. It won't even make a clicking sound when trying to start? There is no power going to the scoot at all. So after u pushed it home I put the battery on the trickle charger thinking the battery might be the problem charged it all through the night till full & when I went to see if it would start. Same problem. No lights at all. No starter clicking. What is the problem? I checked the fuses under the seat. But don't really know what else to do! Please help
Thanks, Ian

The other night my speedometer slowing fell to 0mph, and hasn't worked since. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I go about fixing this problem?
Thanks, Ian

Yeah it always ran when the key was turned to anything but off... I will have up trace the wires on my next day off and figure it out.

Mine always turns off once I actually turn my key all the way to the left just like yours, but when I still had it turned to the right and just killed switched it my fan would always stay on. Same as when I just just turn my key to the right on position my fan would start right up... It had been in the 20's/30's here at night and in the 50/60's in the day... Maybe it's not hot enough? Or my engine is still really cold from the night before that it doesn't reach the right temp. But even when driving Long distances like 15-20 miles it still didn't come on... I will follow the lines on my day off Friday and follow up with a comment on here.

Right before I purchased my scooter the previous owner put in a new cooling system being roketa's are known to over heat.. Recently our land keeper was moving the wheel barrow out of our storage and hit my scoot knocked It over and it feel and got stopped by our storage wall... Anyways.. My cooling fan doesn't start now when I put my key in the ignition, or when I turn off my scooter it doesn't stay running like it use to?? Does anyone know what could've come loose? Broke? Or where to begin to look to a problem? I propped my scoot up on the middle stand and looked at the fan and all that but nothing looks broke, so I'm thinking maybe a loose wire. Like always any help is appreciated.
I live in AZ.. It's not too hot now and I've been riding it this way for a couple days my heat gauge hasn't went anywhere close to the red or anything... But I'm worried for A couple months from now when the heat comes back I don't want the scooter to have cooling problems.
Thanks,
Ian
