Went and got some lithium grease today and put it in my boss bolt and area's you mentioned. Also I picked up some thread tape, and a reverse washer. It goes from screw diameter size into a normal washer and it snugged my gear bolt right up!!! No gear oil leak anymore boys!! Thanks for the help my car port concrete floors thanks you. Also I found what that high pitched noise is ( I think ) it's something to do with a rear disc brake rubbing against my caliper? Any suggestions?

Do you think a simple solution like thread tape would fix this problem?

I got the numbers off my belt, and inspected it. All looked good, but I was just thinking about changing it just in case, or to just have a spare. Also I've went 75 miles since the fix, and its still making that high pitched almost a metal on metal sound. I didn't put grease on my boss bolt areas should I?? I searched " gear oil bolt" and "gear oil drain bolt" in that website, and didn't see what I was looking for, but thanks for the help, and website!
Also have you changed your rear wheel bearing??

About how many miles before you should change your bearing? I believe my back tire one is shot.. I keep hearing a high pitched sound coming from that area around 5-15 MPH then it goes away. Could this be the issue?
Also I plan on changing my belt very soon... I don't want to wait till it blows into millions of pieces before changing. Does anyone have a certain brand, or are they pretty much all simular?
Now for changing valves... My scooter has just over 2,000 miles I haven't yet set my valves is this bad? I haven't really needed to I guess because I haven't really felt a lose of power until now.. When setting the valves what wrench size do you guys use for both? Is this a easy task?
Another quick question. When I was retrieving my gear oil bolt all went smoothly after I got the right tools. I couldn't find the correct thread pattern screw went to the local shop and got one... But it doesn't have the same washer as the one I broke & now my bear oil has been leaking slowly..... Is there any rubber plug? Or thread tape? Or anything like that would fix this problem?

I had some problems with the variation but it was only because when pulling the clutch together I didn't stick the variation belt far enough down so I didn't have enough slack to fit the variation on the bolt completely but once I figured out that problem the variation fan slipped right on no problem.

Yeah I heard a little bit of a scrapping sound. But also I found out while looking at it my back fender bolt was rubbing against my tire for quit some time... There is a nice groove where it has been hitting. My back tire has been go flat every couple days so ill need a tire within the next day or so... I heard changing these tires are a pain in the ass.. An I better off just removing the tire and taking it to a local scooter shop to remove & re install a new tire? Or is it not that bad

And my scooter has always done that. Even before my fix. The high pitched noise though is recent.

I tightened it pretty good but ill have to see. I've been hearing a high pitched noise at about 10-20 MPH but only for a quick 2-4 seconds I think it's my tire wobbling and hitting my caliper or something but it goes away right after.. Maybe it's something in my Variator? Not sure. It doesn't sound like a huge concern as to it goes away fast but it's never done that before.
Also when leaving a stop light, or stop sign the first couple feet are real rough. My scooter almost sounds like a person learning how to drive a clutch but that also goes right away after about 2 feet and only in the very begging. Is this a sign I need to do my valves? Or is it my clutch or maybe air/fuel ratio?

Sorry for another new thread, but I'm just trying to absorb information.
I've been searching the web trying to find good websites to order scooter parts I'm looking for a variator, because whoever had this scooter before me took it to a shop for all his maintence. I still have 20 receipts from the guy, but the shop stripped the back variator plate where the weights go in. All three screws are stripped, and it's almost time to change weights. Plus I want to know I can unscrew it if I need to.
1. Either complete set, or the back piece (no fan) 2. New belt. I've searche the manual & can't seem to find the specs. online would one of the belts that say "4stroke 250cc" belt work? 3. Front Fender this isn't a must, but eventually I want to get a new one one of the holes where it bolts in snapped... Damn Tucson roads are horrible.
But of anyone knows of a good website, or websites to order parts from that would be great. Along with belt info for Roketa Bali 250cc!
Thanks again for all your guys's help. I couldn't have done my recent fix without this forum 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Is that a big deal is not Much at all and I can't feel it while riding but what should I do? Also on my variator I found this...... How big of a deal is this find? Also I want to thank everyone who helped me with my annoying and stupid questions/posts but every bit helped me I was completely in the dark before I started this forum. Attachments:

Yeah I did Its still not wanting to come loose. I have tomorrow off, so I will be spending the whole day trying to figure something out. I will spray it with WD40 when I get home & in the morning right before I take it off and then try some more burst or something.
