Okay so my air box snorkel broke where it connects to my carburetor Roketa 250
After that i drove my scooter for about 20 miles it was pretty loud to begin with but as i drove it got louder and louder. the next day i went to start it up and it wouldn't start unless i was spraying starting fluid into the carburetor and once i got it started it wouldn't idle i would have to stay on the throttle.
by loud i mean it almost sounds like a weed wacker.
what could be my problems?
i know i need to replace my air box snorkel thing. i've cleaned my carburetor maybe i connected my hoses wrong?
is there a diagram somewhere i can refer to?
thanks
ian

i gave him a PM and he sent me the diagrams, but its sooo confusing i have no idea... mine would stay on the whole time from when my key was in the "on" position till i turned my key off.... so i will unplug the wires and test them and go from there. where would i find a clogged rad??

okkk... so i posted a month, or so about how my fan had stopped working.
now it is summer, and in the 100's everyday, and on the way home from class the other day my scoot overheated, so now its time to re-wire it and see if that will solve the problem.
My question to you guys, is how do i troubleshoot/find the problem? i have a voltage meter, but is that what i need? where do i strike the voltage meter to see if the wire is working correctly?
and iffff the wiring is the problem what kind do i need? and how do i re wire my fan.
thanks, ian
scoot on!

also i recently purchased a rear tire and still haven't put it on.
When doing this alll i have to remove is the
muffler caliper swing arm shock
and the tire should be able to be removed correct? is this a fairly easy task?
