Okay so my air box snorkel broke where it connects to my carburetor Roketa 250

After that i drove my scooter for about 20 miles it was pretty loud to begin with but as i drove it got louder and louder.
the next day i went to start it up and it wouldn't start unless i was spraying starting fluid into the carburetor and once i got it started it wouldn't idle i would have to stay on the throttle.

by loud i mean it almost sounds like a weed wacker.

what could be my problems?

i know i need to replace my air box snorkel thing.
i've cleaned my carburetor maybe i connected my hoses wrong?

is there a diagram somewhere i can refer to?

You don't need to run the scooter at all without the filter box repaired/replaced. I'll look I think we have a thread here that displays hose hook up but if you can take some photos I can tell you if things look correct.

How many miles on the scooter? Have you ever adjusted the valves? Starter fluid is not the answer and in the long term will hurt the scooter.

1,200 i haven't adjusted the valves. I will take pictures tomorrow and post them

I need help with a hose that is broke off my 250cc roketa scooter. I traced it to the left side of the carb and I cant seem to find where it is broke off from.
