Can anyone direct me to a good valve adjustment tutorial, and/or clear directions. i really need to adjust them!!!

Which motor do you have, the VERTICAL HELIX or the HORISZONTIAL LINHAI motor?

also i recently purchased a rear tire and still haven't put it on.
When doing this alll i have to remove is the
muffler
caliper
swing arm
shock
and the tire should be able to be removed correct? is this a fairly easy task?

Takeing the wheel off is not a big deal but a PITA, lots of stuff to take off.
As for your Valve adjustment here it is:
