take a pic of the starter I have starters for 150cc I would recomend replacing the relay also .

get a test light , put the aligator clip on the positive side of the battery . Poke the negative side of the battery , make sure you get it to light . Then poke the engine followed by the frame .

Welcome to the fourm Bob. Do not use starter fluid . Cover the air filter when you try to start it cold. Your enrichner may not be working.

Did you get an extra "t" to get into the vac line . Some extra hose too.

remove the valve cover and recheck the tork of the cylinder it maybe loose or under torked . CHECK YOUR CRANK CASE VENT THAT ITS NOT KINKED OR RESTRICTED .

have you checked your crank case vent line to see if it free flows . Hulk you shot a good video of the leak . Can you shoot another video lets see the engine number on the engine . Let us see the engine sides rear top . As if wee were there looking at it in person .

Ok, again try the test on the Solenoid it could be the battery and Solenoid were bad. With the battery showing 12.5 or above it should spin the starter. Again jump the two terminals on the relay. Alleyoop 2nd this John
