The chinese wire is thin , I made some changes to my harness . I started at the stator , I put 14awg wire from the stator dorect to the regulator . Then 12awg from the main battery line to the main fuse through the fuse to the ignition switch . I also beefed up the grounds with 12awg wire everywhere .

I have a solid charging system , my battery might even be cooking a bit I'm pushing 16vdc while running .

I use heated clothing jacket liner , gloves and insoles .

150cc with 11pole stator ac ignition 7pin regulator . It has been suggested to me my regulators output is too high . I will live with it and keep it .
